Webb City is up against unbeaten Republic at home Friday night.
The 2-0 Tigers have defeated Neosho 47-12 and Willard 45-21.
Webb City evened its record at 1-1 Friday at Neosho with a 49-20 win.
Cohl Vaden passed for two of the Cardinals’ seven touchdowns, and Dupree Jackson ran for three of them.
Vaden’s first touchdown pass was for 15 yards to Billy Hayes early in the first quarter. In the third quarter, he connected with Trey Roets from six yards out. Vaden completed four of 10 passes for 64 yards, and he ran for 46 yards. Hays gained 55 yards on two pass receptions.
Jackson ran for 170 yards on 18 carries.
Cade Wilson (85 yards) and Max Stovern (44 yards) also scored rushing touchdowns.
Cooper Crouch led the defense with eight tackles, five solo and six assists. Gavin Stowell had 7.5 tackles, three of which were for loss.
Dupree Jackson ends the scoring with a 28-yard touchdown in the third quarter.
