Members of the Webb City High School Class of 1931 apparently gathered at Laf-A-Lot Lodge to celebrate their accomplishment.
The lodge was apparently somewhere on Spring River. Let us know if you have information about that.

NOTE: Maj. Elroy Hulett, at left on the front row, lost his life at the age of 27 in a plane crash while night-flying at Hamilton Field, near San Francisco, Calif. He was popularly known as “Chug” Hulett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hulett, of Lakeside, and a nephew of Harry B. Hulett. His brother, Richard, was also in the air service and is also pictured in the front row.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
