17:55 – I was dispatched to 1709 Redwood for a disturbance. The investigation showed two family members from apartment 19 were arguing. A report of domestic assault was generated.
Wednesday, Nov. 16
16:54 – I arrived at 1400 W. Austin St. for a complaint of a violation of a protective order.
Friday, Nov. 25
11:11 – Officers were dispatched to 1601-298 S. Ellis St. for a past-tense domestic assault. A report was taken and one female was issued a summons.
Saturday, Nov. 26
12:10 – Officers arrived at Cardinal Towers, 324 N. Tom St., for a disturbance. A 63-year-old man from apartment 507 was arrested for peace disturbance.
13:33 – Officers were dispatched to 1110 N. Pennsylvania St. for a theft. The victim reported a man entered her property and took two packages from her porch.
17:56 – Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at Madison Street and MacArthur Drive.
Sunday, Nov. 27
Officers were dispatched to Lawver Storage, 2549 S. Hall St., for a report of property damage. A semi truck had backed into a gate and caused damage.
15:49 – I was dispatched to the 1800 block of S. Oronogo St. in reference to a deceased subject.
17:29 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to shoplifting.
Wednesday, Nov. 30
10:33 – I was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a past-tense domestic assault at 722 W. Third St. A 41-year-old female was issued a citation for domestic assault.
20:12 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter they apprehended. The 21-year-old female was charged with stealing.
Thursday, Dec. 1
09:40 – Officers were dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Main Street for hit-and-run motor vehicle crash.
14:14 – I was dispatched to Bittner Mini Storage, 1023 W Broadway, in reference to property damage.
17:40 – Officers were dispatched to the 700 block on N. Roane St. for a found bicycle. The bicycle was picked up and secured at the police station until the owner could be located.
Saturday, Dec. 3
17:49 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a theft in progress. Charges will be sent to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.
20:40 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. Charges of shoplifting and property damage will be sent to the Jasper County Juvenile office on three 16-year-old males.
Sunday, Dec. 4
01:40 – Officers were dispatched to 1365-E Canyon Trails Drive in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival, it was determined a disturbance had just occurred, and a 25-year-old male was arrested on several Seneca warrants.
14:30 – I was dispatched to Madison Street near Sixth Street for a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle accident.
16:58 – I was dispatched to 214 S. Tom St. for a past-tense theft.
23:00 – An officer was dispatched to 806 W. 10th St. in reference to a violation of an order of protection. Charges for stalking in the 1st degree and violation of order of protection will be sent to the Jasper County Prosecutors Office on a 28-year-old male.
Monday, Dec. 5
11:22 – I was dispatched to 904 N. East St. for a theft. The victim reported a neighbor stole an air compressor from his truck.
15:48 – I was dispatched to Macarthur and Colonial drives for a motor vehicle crash.
23:34 – Officers were dispatched to 1802 S. Oronogo St. No. 2D in reference to an assault that had just occurred. Suspect information was obtained and the search for the 36-year-old male suspect began.
12:28 – I received a call for service at Bristol Manor, 1803 N. Main St., in reference to theft.
Tuesday, Dec. 6
16:00 – I was dispatched to Webb City Public Works, 1060 N. Madison St., in reference to fraud.
16:50 – I received a call for service in the 900 block of E. Hawthorne Loop in reference to a death investigation.
18:10 – An officer was dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifting that had just occurred. The 28-year-old female suspect was soon identified. Charges were sought for trespassing and shoplifting.
Wednesday, Dec. 7
I was contacted via phone for a past-tense assault and verbal threats at 920 Megan. A citation will be issued with a court date.
00:49 – I made a traffic stop near Enterprise Drive and the railroad tracks in reference a license violation. One adult female was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
11:35 – I was dispatched to 1404 W. Daugherty St. for a past-tense fraud.
16:30 – Officers were dispatched to Newman’s Auto Sales, 923 W. Fourth St. reference a burglary in progress.
18:36 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft. Charges for felony stealing will be sent to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office, and a charge of driving while suspended will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 33-year-old male.
18:52 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft. Information was obtained and identification was made on the 38-year-old female and 60-year-old female. Charges will be sent to the municipal prosecutor for shoplifting.
Friday, Dec. 9
06:54 – I received a call for service at 1515 W. Broadway in reference to a domestic assault.
10:49 – I was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a past-tense domestic.
14:04 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to a theft at 1414 W. Nelson St.
17:26 – I received a call for service at 1038 N. Madison St. in reference to property theft from a motor vehicle.
17:26 – I received a call for service at Cardinal Storage, 1038 N. Madison St., in reference to property damage.
Saturday, Dec. 10
05:56 – I received a call for service at 409 N. Devon St. in reference to found property.
15:05 – I received a call for service at 4497 Dirt Road in reference to property damage.
21:37 – I located a stolen license plate on a parked motor vehicle at 701 N. Liberty St. The license plate was seized.
22:15 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference a shoplifting in progress. One adult female was taken into custody for stealing and being a fugitive from out of state.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
