17:57 – Officers were dispatched to an unknown disturbance at 777 W. Cardinal Dr. Two subjects were contacted, and one female was arrested on a Webb City warrant.
Thursday, Dec. 15
17:30 – I responded to the station in reference to found property at 66 Sports Bar & Grill, 660 E. Daugherty St. The reporting party turned in a Mercedes key fob and a puffy jacket which had been left at the restaurant.
Saturday, Dec. 17
18:11 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Galena streets. A 41-year-old female passenger was arrested for Seneca warrants.
22:26 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a trespass in progress. A 37-year-old female was cited for trespassing.
Sunday, Dec. 18
08:07 – Officers were dispatched to Sonic, 1310 S Madison, reference a male subject who had passed a counterfeit $20 bill.
12:40 – I was dispatched to Dollar General, 1510 S. Madison St. for a past-tense shoplifting.
14:33 – I was dispatched to 1215 Crow Street for a disturbance. A report of domestic assault was taken.
14:57 – I was dispatched to Atwoods, 220 S. East St., for a past-tense shoplifting.
18:16 – Officers were dispatched to Madison Street and Fountain Drive for a two-vehicle injury crash. A 22-year-old female driver was cited for failure to yield right of way causing a crash.
Monday, Dec. 19
19:31 – I was dispatched to 717-B S. Walker St. in reference a past-tense burglary.
I was dispatched to 324 N. Tom St. in reference to theft of property.
Tuesday, Dec. 20
16:28 – I was dispatched to Madison and 14th streets for a motor vehicle crash, with the individuals involved fighting.
17:41 – I received a call for service at Madison and 16th streets in reference to a motor vehicle accident.
21:15 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense shoplifting that occurred on Dec. 19.
Wednesday, Dec. 21
09:27 – An officer was dispatched to 711 Crockett Drive in reference to a past-tense theft.
14:33 – I was informed of a past-tense shoplifting that occurred at Walmart.
16:38 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. The suspect vehicle was stopped on the parking lot, and the suspect was identified by a store employee.
22:47 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense shoplifting. Charges for shoplifting will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 24-year-old female.
Thursday, Dec. 22
11:28 – An officer was dispatched to 524 N. Walker St. in reference to an animal complaint.
15:39 – Officers were dispatched to Mac Arthur Drive at Powell Drive for a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
18:47 – Officers were dispatched to Atwoods, 220 S. East St., in reference to a suspicious person. A 45-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants from Webb City, Neosho, Anderson and Oronogo.
18:55 –Officers responded to 1802-7F S. Oronogo St. in reference to harassment.
20:03 – Officers responded to 1102 Linden St. in reference to a fraudulent use of a financial device.
Friday, Dec. 23
10:53 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to shoplifting. A 21-year-old female was arrested for resisting and burglary 2nd.
12:18 – I received a call for service at Walmart in reference to shoplifting. A female was subsequently arrested and held in lieu of bond.
14:45 – I received a call for service at 823 S. Jefferson St. in reference to fraud information.
14:57 – Officers were dispatched to Atwoods, 220 S East St., for a past-tense theft. The suspect has been identified and a summons has been issued.
16:13 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. One male was arrested. Charges have been submitted to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office.
21:02 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft report. Information was obtained and distributed in an attempt to identify the suspect.
21:33 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. One adult female was taken into custody for shoplifting, trespassing, failure to identify, and an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Saturday, Dec. 24
13:21 – Officers were called to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. A male and female fled in a silver passenger car from officers. The vehicle was located and seized. Charges for the two suspects have been forwarded to the city prosecutor.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
