There are also plans for a new Dollar General on the busy southwest corner of Madison Street and Broadway.

It’s no secret that a new grocery store is planned for the southeast corner of East and Daugherty streets.

Building permits for these projects are expected to be filed soon.

Meanwhile, earth is being moved southwest of East and Daugherty streets for the Tee Time project, which will include a Topgolf style facility with other games, including pickle ball, and a restaurant. Tee Time received a special-use permit in 2022.
