04:47 – I was dispatched to a disturbance in progress in the 700 block of Cardinal Drive. A 22-year-old was transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
06:32 – I was dispatched to 1118 Woodland Drive for possible property damage to a vehicle.
17:11 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a theft from motor vehicle at 1502 S. Ellis St.
18:12 – An Officer was dispatched to 607 W. Fourth St. in reference to a past-tense assault.
21:44 – An officer was dispatched to Frisco Church, in reference to a theft from motor vehicle.
15:42 – A two-vehicle, non-injury crash occurred at Oronogo Street and Mac Arthur Blvd.
15:44– I came across a two-car non-injury motor vehicle crash on Range Line Road.
18:00 – Officers responded to Madison Street and MacArthur for a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.
08:15 – I was dispatched to 405 S. Devon St. in reference to a past-tense burglary. A search warrant was later executed at a separate location and many of the items stolen in the burglary were recovered.
08:27 – I was dispatched to 415 N. Washington St. in reference to a past-tense stolen motor vehicle.
10:30 – Property damage was reported at the bathrooms near the splash pad in King Jack Park. Video surveillance at the park caught three juveniles messing with city property. Juvenile suspects were identified and charges were sent to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.
15:55 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a trespassing. I arrested a 27-year-old man for unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and trespassing.
16:42 – I was dispatched to Stadium Drive and Joanne Drive for a two-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle accident.
16:59 – I was dispatched to 220 S. East St. for a past-tense theft.
19:28 – I was dispatched to 1711 Redwood Drove for a disturbance. A 27-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault.
14:08 – I was dispatched to the 1400 block of South Madison St. in reference to an assault in progress. I arrested a 23-year-old white male, not related to the original call for service, for an active Joplin PD warrant.
16:32 – I was dispatched to 1404 Mary Lane Apt. A in reference to harassment.
13:56 – I was dispatched to a non-injury vehicle crash near the intersection of Hall and Galena streets.
16:51 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. A 40-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting, failure to provide identification and warrants.
23:16 – Officers were dispatched to Casey’s, 337 S. Main St., in reference to an assault that had just occurred. Suspects were sought and evidence was collected.
07:40 – An officer took a report of property damage which was done to 223 W. First St. The 49-year-old male suspect was located and arrested for property damage.
12:33 – An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Pennsylvania St. in reference to a deceased person. After an investigation, it was determined the 63-year-old male had died of natural causes.
08:24 – I was patrolling in the area of Madison and Fifth streets when I came upon a two-vehicle non-injury crash.
09:44 – An officer was dispatched to 801 W. Second St. in reference to property damage.
11:35 – I received a call for service in the 1000 block of W. First St. in reference to a missing person. The reporting party reported her adult son had left on Feb. 18 and hadn’t returned. A missing report was taken.
11:48 – Officers were called to 110 Carl Junction Road in reference to a domestic assault. Charges for domestic assault will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 24-year-old male.
12:58 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to a past-tense trespass at 1502 S. Ellis St.
17:42 – Officers were dispatched to a complaint of a careless and imprudent driver northbound on Madison Street from Fountain Road. A red passenger car had cut the reporting party off almost causing an accident. The vehicle was located and stopped. A signed complaint was obtained from the reporting party and a citation was served to the suspect party.
