Graham McCaw, of Webb City, was among more than 100 Eagle Scouts recognized on Monday, Feb. 17, by lawmakers in the Missouri Capitol at Jefferson City.
The scouts sat within the House chambers while parents watched from the balcony. There were several key speakers, including Gov. Mike Kehoe and Lt. Gov. David Wasinger.
Graham was later able to meet with Rep. Bob Bromley, who represents most of Webb City, and Rep. Ann Kelley, of Carthage.
Representing Webb City Troop 25, Graham and the others recognized, along with 700 other Scouts in Missouri, achieved Scouting’s highest rank of Eagle in 2024.
