Webb City’s 11-12-year-old Little Leaguers, after winning the state championship, are in Whitestown, Ind., awaiting their first game in the Midwest Region Tournament.
Representing Missouri, the Webb City team will play Kansas (Pittsburg) at 6 p.m. Friday. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
The Webb City 10-Year-Old All-Stars claimed the state Little League championship on July 22 at Lebanon with with a 9-3 win over Daniel Boone, of Columbia.
