The Webb City golf team finished second in Central Ozark Conference-West tournament.
Brooklyn Cartwright finished third individually with a new personal record of 84. Violet Haut was fifth, with an 86; Clare Zahm, sixth, with an 88; and Cassie Collins, 12th, with a new personal record of 97.
Carthage won the tournament with a score of 345, 10 points better than Webb City’s 355. Joplin and Republic tied for third with 380 scores.
The Cardinals will now compete today (Thursday, Oct. 9) in the Class 3 District 3 tournament at Bolivar.
