Thursday, Feb. 5

16:39 – Officers were dispatched to Daugherty and Jefferson streets for a motor vehicle crash.

Saturday, Feb. 7

22:26 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Wood streets for a stop-sign violation. A 58-year-old male was arrested for DWI.

Sunday, Feb. 8

00:13 – Officers conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur Drive and South Center Street. One male was taken into custody for driving while suspended and trafficking drugs in the first degree. One female was taken into custody for driving while suspended.

07:37 – Officers were dispatched to 416 N. Tom St. in reference to a trespass in progress. A 33-year-old female was arrested for warrants out of Webb City.

23:33 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and Broadway in reference to defective equipment. The 34-year-old male was cited and arrested for failure to show valid proof of insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a valid or no driver’s license.

Monday, Feb. 9

I was advised by an investigator for the Missouri Division of Family Services Children’s Division of a past-tense incident of possible sexual misconduct involving a juvenile female and an adult male. The incident allegedly happened at an unknown location inside the Webb City city limits on at approximately 6 p.m. Jan. 27, 2026.

05:08 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a non-injury crash.

12:00 – I arrived at the station to take a report of property damage at Fourth and Webb streets. The caller reported one of his car tires was slashed overnight.

18:45 – On 02/09/26 at 1845 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop at Zora/Rangeline for equipment violations. As a result, a 29-year-old male was arrested for DWI-Drugs.

Tuesday, Feb. 10

07:57 – I stopped a vehicle at First and Main streets for a traffic violation. The driver was subsequently arrested for a Joplin city warrant.

19:35 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Second streets for failing to dim headlights. The 22-year-old female was cited and arrested for failing to dim headlights and operating a motor vehicle without a valid or no driver’s license.

22:36 – A report was taken for an incident of shoplifting that occurred at Walmart.

Wednesday, Feb. 11

13:00 – Officer Morris and I assisted a Newton County Children’s Division worker with the removal of a child in the 700 block of N. Ball St. The child was located and taken into protective custody by the Newton County Juvenile Court and Newton County Children’s Division.

21:40 – An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Galena and Elliott streets. One male was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Thursday, Feb. 12

00:15 – An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of First and Webb streets. One male was taken into custody on outstanding warrants.

02:15 – An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Hall Street and Half Circle Road. One male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

09:05 – I was contacted at the Webb City Police Department by the victim, who reported that he had checked his bank app and found out that $1,525 was paid to a company that he had no connection to. The transaction occurred on Feb. 10.

22:46 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Jillian Lane and East Street for a license plate violation. A 42-year-old male was arrested for driving while impaired and driving while suspended.

Friday, Feb. 13

01:39 – An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Hall Street and East Zora Street. One male was taken into custody for driving while revoked and outstanding warrants. Another male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Feb. 14

08:54 – Officers were dispatched to a shoplifting that had just occurred at Casey’s, 337 S. Main St. A. 38-year-old male was cited for Shoplifting.

11:59 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a report of identity theft that occurred at 1732 Redwood Dr.

12:09 – Officers were dispatched to WCPD for a walk-in report of domestic assault in the 700 block of W. Fourth St.
