Thursday, June 4

17:00 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a subject in the lobby turning himself in on numerous active warrants. The 26-year-old male was taken into custody for those active warrants.

Friday, June 5

19:03 – Officers were dispatched to Roane and Fourth streets in reference to a dog that had attacked and killed a cat on the front porch of 331 S. Roane St. No parties wanted to pursue charges.

Saturday, June 6

20:42 – An officer on patrol at Myrtle Road and Zora Street observed a black Porsche with moving violations. One male was taken into custody for operating without a valid drivers license.

Sunday, June 7

02:22 – Officers responded to 1802-2B S. Oronogo St. for past-tense threats. A citation was issued to a female for harassment.

18:06 – An informational report was taken regarding a trespass incident that occurred at 416 E. Rudondo Drive.

Monday, June 8

13:24 – An officer was dispatched to a past-tense theft at Sleep Inn & Suites, 221 S. East St.

14:54 – An officer was dispatched to Atwoods, 220 S. East St., in reference to a past-tense theft that occurred at about 1200 hours. A 47-year-old male was mailed a citation for shoplifting.

20:00 – A victim reported property damage in the 1000 block of Mineral St. Charges were submitted to Jasper County Juvenile Office.

21:52 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and Third streets for a lane violation. A 50-year-old male was arrested for DWI.

Tuesday, June 9

00:39 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a past-tense theft that occurred at 1114 W. Daugherty St. Information was gathered and a report was created.

13:03 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a report of a fraud that occurred at 448 N. Washington St.

21:56 – On 06/09/2026 at 2156 hours, an officer was dispatched to 621 Short Leaf Ln. Oronogo, MO 64855 in reference to a department assist. As a result, a report was taken for department assist.

Wednesday, June 10

12:53 – Officers were dispatched to 1400 S. Madison St. for a found item.

15:07 – Officers were dispatched to 701 S. Madison St. in reference to a vehicle leaving the scene of a crash.

Thursday, June 11

18:04 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout for a careless and imprudent driver. One male was taken into custody for DWI- combination and open container.

Friday, June 12

08:30 – I was patrolling at Hall Street Storage, 25 S. Hall St., when I saw a male matching the description of a missing person.

23:39 – An officer observed a vehicle backing down the road at Range Line Road and Zora Street. The 21-year-old male was arrested for DWI.

Saturday, June 13

00:05 – Officers conducted a traffic stop at Madison Street and Fountain Road for lane violations. A 42-year-old male was arrested for DWI-drugs.

05:50 – Officers were dispatched to 1606 W. Broadway for a disturbance. A 20-year-old female was arrested for minor in possession.

07:24 – An officer was dispatched to 466 N. Washington St. in reference to a vehicle that was stolen overnight.

08:56 – An officer was dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Prairie Flower Road in reference to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash with no reported injuries.

11:37 – I was dispatched to Sleep Inn, 221 S. East St., for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

23:14 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and 13th streets in reference to one-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle crash.
