The Webb City Parks and Recreation is planning for a lot of people to view its fireworks show on Friday, July 3.
The fireworks will go off above the east end of Kids Paradise Lake. The accompanying map shows approved places where to park, which include parking lots at the Mining Days Community Building and The W Club.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to get the closest view, which will be in the field directly north of the lake.
Roads behind the lake to the ball fields will be closed.
In recent years, the fireworks show has been a part of the Cruise-A-Palooza, which was held the Saturday after the Fourth of July. That event has been canceled for this year and will be replaced by a return to a reincarnation of the Mining Days Festival on Saturday, Sept. 12.
