Saturday, Sept. 5

10:27 – I arrived at the station in reference to a report of found property. A driver’s license was located in the roadway near Devon and Austin streets.

Thursday, Sept. 17

12:51 – I was dispatched to the roundabout for a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.

Saturday, Sept. 19

19:31 – An officer was dispatched to 728 Jillian Lane in reference to an animal at large. An adult female was mailed a citation.

Sunday, Sept. 20

00:08 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison Street and Broadway. A 21-year-old male was taken into custody for DWI-alcohol.

14:20 – Officers were dispatched to Madison Street and MacArthur Drive in reference to a non-injury crash.

20:28 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD regarding property damage that occurred at Walmart.

Monday, Sept. 21

00:15 – Officers were dispatched to 202 S. Hall St. for a suspicious vehicle. A 19-year-old female was taken into custody for DWI-drug and minor in possession of marijuana.

04:25 – An officer was dispatched to 501 N. Roane St. in reference to a motor vehicle theft.

11:41 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur Drive and East Street, where a 41-year-old male driver was arrested on Oronogo warrants.

12:17 – I was dispatched to Walmart for shoplifting.

13:52 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft.

16:44 – Officers were dispatched to Webb City High School area for a weapons call. Several victims reported they had a firearms pointed at them by someone in a passing car.

16:55 – I stopped a male subject driving a red scooter for failing to stop at a stop sign at Broadway and College Street. The juvenile male was found to not have a valid license, and the scooter was towed from the scene.

16:58 – A report was taken for a theft of money that occurred at Walmart.

18:06 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. One male was taken into custody for Oronogo and Joplin city warrants.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

11:43 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart to collect video footage for a crash.

13:16 – Officers were dispatched to 425 N. Washington St. in reference to property damage to a vehicle.

15:05 – Officers were dispatched to 102 S. Madison St. for a disturbance.

17:14 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and Crow streets for a disturbance. The investigation showed a resident in the 400 block of N. Madison and a juvenile pedestrian argued about a barking dog. A 36-year-old man was cited for peace disturbance.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

17:30 – An officer recognized a wanted subject in a vehicle near Wood and Tom streets. The 29-year-old male was arrested on Webb City warrants.

18:54 – An officer was dispatched to 728 Jillian Lane in reference to an animal at large. Information was gathered, and a citation was sent to an adult female.

Thursday, Sept. 24

09:37 – I was dispatched to 801 N. Oak St. in reference to a theft. The reporting party stated that he had a generator and tools stolen from the area behind his travel trailer that was parked at 801 N. Oak St.

14:50 – I was dispatched to WCPD for found property at the Wasche laundromat, 615-B N. East St.

15:50 – An officer stopped a vehicle for a moving traffic violation near Oronogo Street and Cardinal Drive. One 24-year-old female was arrested for an active Joplin warrant.

17:18 – An officer was dispatched to Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.

18:40 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. The suspect vehicle was located as it was leaving the parking lot and stopped. The 65-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

23:10 – Officers were dispatched to Centennial and Ware streets in reference to a one-vehicle, injury crash. Charges will be sent over to the municipal prosecutor on a 39-year-old male for fail to show valid proof of insurance and driving while intoxicated.

23:46 – An officer on patrol observed a gray Honda Accord with equipment violations in the area of 10th and Madison streets. One male was taken into custody for a felony warrant out of Newton County and driving while revoked.

Friday, Sept. 25

17:17 – I received a call for service at Walmart, 1212 S Madison in reference to trespassing. A female was subsequently arrested for trespassing and a Jasper County warrant. She was transported to the Jasper County jail.

23:27 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at the roundabout in reference to a lane violation. A 51-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, Sept. 26

10:51 – Officers were dispatched to 801 N. Oak St. for a disturbance. A 68-year-old man was arrested for peace disturbance.

14:24 – Officers and fire personnel were dispatched to 422 1/2 Oronogo St. for a burning complaint. A male, age 62, was cited for animal cruelty.

18:12 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart regarding a past-tense theft. A 59-year-old female was taken into custody for shoplifting.
