22:34 – An officer conducted an investigative traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Ash and Austin streets. A 37-year-old female and 23-year-old male were arrested for active warrants.
Friday, May 7
14:34 – I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the roundabout.
16:55 – I was dispatched to the area of the 300 block of S. Oronogo St. in reference to a check well being. A 38-year-old male was taken to Freeman Hospital for a 96-hour hold.
19:32 – I was dispatched to Skateland in reference to an assault. Information was sent to the county.
Saturday, May 8
21:54 – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black mustang without any taillights on Madison near 10th street. Officers identified the driver and found him to have an active Jasper County warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the county Jail.
17:14 – Officers were dispatched to 711 S. Jefferson St. for an violation of an protection order. Charges were forwarded to the county prosecutor’s office.
05:53 – Officers responded to 710 W. Second St. in reference to a physical domestic. One subject was taken into custody without incident.
Sunday, May 9
15:29 – I received a call for service at Atwoods in reference to a theft.
17:58 – I was dispatched to Fountain Road and Madison Street for a motor vehicle crash. A 39-year-old male was arrest for DWI.
22:13 – An information report was created for a past-tense disturbance at 124 S. Hall St.
09:23 – I received a call for a departmental assist with medical at 1521 S. Jefferson St.
Monday, May 10
13:00 – I was contacted WCPD in reference to a stolen or lost cell phone at 101 S. Liberty St.
14:08 – I was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a report of a hit-and-run crash on private property. The crash occurred on the parking lot near the Waffle House. A small silver SUV struck the victim’s car while traversing the parking lot crossing the parking spaces. A young female driver left the scene.
14:50 – I received a call for service at 411 W. Fourth St. in reference to a violation of a protection order. A male was subsequently arrested for violation of a protection order.
20:21 – I was dispatched to KFC for a disturbance in progress.
Tuesday, May 11
14:13 – I received a call for service at 420 S. Pennsylvania St. in reference to credit card fraud. The victim reported someone used her credit without her permission to order merchandise on line.
17:42 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a disturbance in progress. One adult male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
21:20 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD for a theft that had occurred at Walmart.
16:11 – I was contacted at WCPD about a past-tense theft at 806 Wilson St.
Wednesday, May 12
15:22 – I went to 332 S. Ball St. in reference to an animal complaint. A male was subsequently arrested for a Jasper County warrant.
20:36 – Officers were dispatched to the area of Mineral and Cedar streets for a suspicious person cutting through yards who appeared to be concealing something on his person. The subject was located at Stadium Drive and Campbell Street and taken into custody on warrants and drug paraphernalia.
22:41 – I made a traffic stop near Second and Tom streets in reference to a wanted subject. One adult male was taken into custody for driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants.
17:35 – I conducted a traffic stop on Aylor Street near Tom Street. The driver was subsequently taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.
18:31 – I was contacted at WCPD about a past-tense theft in the Atwoods parking lot..
12:43 – An individual came to WCPD to report that while at 805 Zigler St. they were receiving harassing messages. Harassment charges will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 35-year-old female.
Thursday, May 13
00:03 – I made a traffic stop near Madison and Daugherty streets in reference to traffic violations. One adult male was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and open container.
10:12 – I was dispatched to 1803 N. Main St. in reference to illegal dumping on private property. Several small limbs were placed into a Waste Corporation America dumpster without permission.
09:57 – An officer was dispatched to Madison and 11th streets in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle crash.
20:45 – Officers were dispatched to Kum & Go, 2587 N. Range Line, for a male subject acting erratically and harassing customers. The subject had gone to Unique Liquor across the street. Officers contacted the male who was behind the counter threatening the clerk. The subject was arrested and transported to the Webb City jail.
20:45 – Officers responded to 1825 Redbird Drive in reference to a burglary in progress. One subject was taken into custody without incident.
22:10 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur Drive and Prairie Flower Drive on a vehicle for a traffic violation. One adult male was cited for driving while suspended.
12:31 – I received a call for service regarding a collision near the intersection of Madison Street and Fountain Road.
Saturday, May 15
15:46 – I received a call for service at the intersection of Highway 171 and Oronogo St. in reference to a motor vehicle collision.
21:52 – Officers were called to 1502 S. Ellis St. in reference to a violation of a protection order.
