Cardinals win 5 out of last 6 games

The Webb City Cardinals have won five of their last six games to improve their season record to 6-7.

They completed a four-game winning streak with an 8-1 win at home Friday against McDonald County.

On Saturday, Springfield Catholic defeated the Cardinals here 12-2. But Webb City rebounded Tuesday, at home again, with a 1-0 win over Glendale.

Following road games Thursday at Kickapoo and Friday at Seneca, the Cardinals will be back home at 11 a.m. Saturday vs. Rockwood Summit.

Carthage will be here Thursday, April 24.
