Cleanup week follows garage sale week

Curbside pickup Tuesday thru Friday, drop-off on Saturday

When is the annual Webb City’s Citywide Cleanup?

It’s in two phases the week after the citywide garage sale:

CURBSIDE from Tuesday, May 9, to Friday, May 13.

DROP-OFF SITE on Saturday, May 14.

• How do I participate?

On your regular trash day, you can place a larger amount of trash than usual on the curb by your cart.

Your cart will be dumped as usual, and then a second truck with a crew will follow to pick up what’s left at the curb.

• Why doesn’t the cleanup start on Monday – my regular trash day?

GFI, the hauler (formerly WCA), is short staffed on Mondays. Carts on the Monday route will still be dumped as usual. Your extra junk will be picked up Tuesday.

• What can I leave out by the curb?
