Cruise-A-Palooza crowd estimated at 10,000

Rackley, of Alma Ark., is an occasional $1,000 winner at the sanctioned cookoffs, but this time especially, he said there was “no room for error” because there were three world champions competing.
The first-time tent featuring locally brewed beer and wine had a good view of the amphitheater stage.
There was a police presence but no problems were reported. Allowing liquor in the park was allowed on a trial basis by the Webb City Council.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
