18:32 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
Thursday, Jan. 13
Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at Madison Street and Macarthur Drive.
Saturday, Jan. 15
15:09 – I was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Oakland St. for a dog at large. The dog was located, the owner later got the dog. The owner will be cited for dog at large.
Monday, Jan. 17
08:57 – I was contacted by an employee at 1727 S. Madison St. in reference to property damage. The employee stated the building and several items had been vandalized overnight.
10:21 – I was dispatched to 707 W. Third St. in reference to property damage.
Tuesday, Jan. 18
Officers responded to Fountain Road just to the east of MO 249 in the Region 7 EPA site for a report of property damage.
19:40 – I was dispatched to 501 S. Oakland St. for an animal complaint.
Thursday, Jan. 20
13:06 – A report was created for a past-tense shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
Friday, Jan. 21
18:14 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a past-tense trespassing. One female, age 29, was issued a citation for trespass in the first degree.
07:46 – I was dispatched to Jefferson Street at Broadway in reference to a motor vehicle crash.
09:56 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense shoplifting.
Officers were dispatched to Atwood’s, for a past-tense theft.
Saturday, Jan. 22
23:46 – I attempted a traffic stop near Range Line Roadand Ten Pin Lane in reference a traffic violation. The vehicle failed to yield but ultimately stopped near Enterprise and Industrial Drive. One adult male was taken into custody for resisting arrest, property damage, and multiple traffic violations.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
