Friday, Sept. 26
18:14 – An officer conducting traffic enforcement at Seventh and Madison streets observed license plate violations on a green Ford van. A traffic stop was initiated and one male was taken into custody for driving while revoked.
21:55 – An officer was conducting traffic enforcement at MacArthur Drive and Prairie Flower Road when a white Chevy committing moving violations was observed. A traffic stop was initiated and one male was taken into custody for operating without and valid license.
Sunday, Sept. 28
01:50 – Officers were dispatched to Range Line Road and Enterprise Avenue for a report of a careless and imprudent driver. The vehicle was located at Roane and Daugherty streets. One male was taken into custody for DWI.
12:32 – An officer was dispatched to 4575 E. Zora St. Apt C in reference to property damage that occurred sometime overnight.
18:58 – Officers responded to Fifth and Madison streets for a non-injury crash.
Monday, Sept. 29
08:30 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD for a report of items stolen from Hall Street Storage, 25 S. Hall St.
09:45 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout for a motor vehicle crash.
19:26 – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traffic violations at East and Daugherty streets. A 35-year-old male was arrested on drug charges.
21:05 – Officers responded to Ol’ Glory Car Wash, 2573 N. Range Line Road, in reference to a property damage report. Charges were submitted to the Jasper County Prosecutors Office.
Tuesday, Sept. 30
14:44 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD for a report of a stolen purse from 104 E. Tracey St.
23:39 – Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Eighth and Madison streets for a turn signal violation. One 33-year-old male was taken into custody for DWI-drugs
Wednesday, Oct. 1
01:56 – Officers responded to the 700 block of W. Cardinal Dr. for a stolen motorcycle.
16:02 – Officers were dispatched to 409 N. Webb St. in reference to a disturbance in progress. One 18-year-old male was taken into custody for peace disturbance.
Thursday, Oct. 2
08:43 – An officer was dispatched to the police station lobby in reference to allegation of assault that occurred at 511 E. Daugherty St., beginning in December 2024. A report was forwarded to investigations.
11:58 – An officer was dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a non-injury motor vehicle crash.
14:19 – I observed a non-injury motor vehicle accident at 600 S. Madison St.
15:19 – An officer was dispatched to the police station lobby to take a report of a past-tense domestic assault at 733 Crockett in May 2025.
16:28 – I received call for service at 409 N. Webb St. in reference to an assault. An adult male was arrested.
17:30 – An officer was provided a phone number to contact in reference to possible child abuse that occurred in the 1400 block of Austin St. at about 14:15 hours on Oct. 2. A report was made and a hotline was completed.
Friday, Oct. 3
06:47 – Officers were dispatched to 1402-A N. Main St. for a disturbance in progress. One male was arrested for domestic assault.
10:01 – I responded to the 600 block of N. Madison St. in reference to possession of marijuana by a minor. The marijuana was seized and charges were forwarded to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.
17:53 – I was dispatched to 1515 S. Jefferson St. for a two-vehicle, non-injury accident.
19:42 – Officers working at the Webb City football game were notified of a possible sex offender who was in attendance. One 48-year-old male was taken into custody for a sex offender being present or loitering on school grounds.
21:37 – An officer observed a silver Ford F150 northbound on Madison Street approaching Fountain Road with no headlights or tail lights on. The vehicle only had yellow running lights on in the front.
Saturday, Oct. 4
07:13 – Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Redwood Drive for a medical call.
13:57 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and 13th streets in reference to a motor vehicle crash with unknown injuries.
22:49 – Officers made a traffic stop at 10th and Madison streets for a defective headlight. As a result, a 22-year-old female was arrested on a Joplin warrant.
