Mahonri Fawson sells some cinnamon rolls to chamber members arriving for the ribbon-cutting.

From door-to-door and a pop-up, CinnaRoller now has a building

After a few years of being vacant, the smallest restaurant on Main Street is in business again… as CinnaRoller – Fluffn’ Delicious.

You may have seen CinnaRoller as a popup business around town, but its start goes back to when owner Mahonri Fawson went door-to-door selling cinnamon rolls made by his mother, Paula Nelson.

He went on to sell them at farmers markets and now has his own store.

During the ribbon-cutting Friday, he said they can make up to 120 variations of cinnamon rolls. They also make strombolis and sell a growing list of energy drinks.

CinnaRoller has a drive-through window and offers free delivery until 9:30 a.m. It’s open six days a week from 5:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.

You may remember the building as Eddie’s Spaghetti or more recently as Pattys and Franks.

Mahonri Fawson and his mother, Paula Nelson, tell chamber members about their company's growth.
