Hundreds served Thanksgiving dinner for free by veterans
Local veterans served their annual free Thanksgiving dinner to the community Sunday for the first time in their new building at 900 N. Main St.
The hundreds who took up the invitation will likely say the food and the service couldn’t be improved upon.
Members of American Legion Post 322 and Auxiliary and VFW Post 7630 say they enjoy serving the traditional Thanksgiving dinner as a small way of showing appreciation for the support they receive from the community.
