It’s baseball season again

Youth baseball is one of life’s constants. This photograph of the 1964 Southwest Missouri Cub Scout Baseball League Champions was donated to the genealogical society by Howard Moreland.

(FRONT) Ricky Chrisman, Jerry Wood, Billy Isenberger and David Height.

(MIDDLE) Howard Cartwright, Doug Myers, Mike Sargent, Steve Clark, James Haynes and Johnny Woods.

(BACK) Manager Ted Wood, Howard Moreland, Keith Huckastep, Bobby Buck, Tommy Reeder and Paul Height, assistant manager.

Webb City Area Genealogical Society

WCAGS members staff the Genealogy Room on the third floor of the Webb City Public Library. Current hours are noon to 4 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month in the Genealogy Room.
