Mark Twain Elementary’s theme for the year is Rodeo, and the the first Rodeo Assembly was held Friday, Sept. 26.
Coachability was the focus of Portrait of a Cardinal for September.
The Most Wanted students were chosen by their teachers for demonstrating coachability in the classroom. (FRONT) River and Chaxson. (BACK) Ruby, Skylar, Avery, David, Knox, Witten and Henry.
Reading leaders and the artist of the month were also honored during the Rodeo Assembly.
Oliver has reached 75 points for AR reading, while Elah, Innis and Ben have reached 25 points.
Innis was also named artist of the month by Mrs. Snyder. Artists of the month will receive a gift certificate from Journey Canvas and have their art displayed in the school hallway.
