Natalie Marie Middleton, 60, passed away at home on Saturday, July 16, in Webb City. Natalie was born March 25, 1962, in Norfolk, Neb., to Marland Scheffler and Carol (Klug) Scheffler. Natalie was a longtime resident of the Webb City and Carl Junction areas. She grew up in Diamond and graduated from Diamond High School. She worked for Mercy – McCune Brooks Hospital in Carthage.
Natalie attended Faith Assembly Church in Joplin. She loved getting together with friends and family. Natalie was involved for about 15 years with “Blast from the Past,” a fundraiser for St. John’s Regional Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Natalie liked to get in a little fishing here and there. Her kids and grandkids were her top priority. Natalie would do all she could to support them in their passions.
Natalie is survived by two sons, Zach Middleton and Eli Middleton, both of Carl Junction; two daughters, Tisha Jennings, Carthage, and Sondra Booth (Aaron), Webb City; two sisters, Nancy Rheder and Pamela Scheffler, both of Granby; and six grandchildren, Stephen, Bryce, MacKenzie, Aryn, Savana and Sage.
Natalie is preceded in death by her parents, Marland and Carol Scheffler; and brother Timothy Scheffler.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage.
