08:24 – I was dispatched to the 4400 block of Country Blvd. to check the residence for a runaway juvenile.
12:32 – I was dispatched to 314 N. Webb St. Apt. A in reference to theft from vehicle.
17:14 – I was dispatched to 13th and Madison streets for a motor vehicle crash.
Thursday, Nov. 18
16:43 – I was dispatched to the 1300 block of Nelson St. for a subject with a warrant. As a result a 66-year-old male was arrested for felony warrants.
14:02 – I was dispatched to 722 N. Oak St. in reference to property damage.
Friday, Nov. 19
15:13 – I was dispatched to Sleep Inn and Suites in reference to a report of property damage and several thefts from rooms over the period of a month by the same female guest.
12:12 – I was dispatched to 923 W. Fourth St. for a past-tense fraudulent use of debit device.
Saturday, Nov. 20
On 11/20/2021 at 1630 hours, I took a report of a past-tense theft from motor vehicle at 612 Easton #A. A report was generated.
Sunday, Nov. 21
12:01 – I was dispatched to 116 W. Aylor St. for a past-tense theft.
Monday, Nov. 22
08:24 – I received a call for service at 1513 Brewster Lane in reference to stolen vehicle.
18:55 – Officers were dispatched to 13th and Madison streets in reference to a vehicle driving carelessly. A vehicle pursuit was initiated with a silver in color Chevrolet Impala which was later discovered to be a reported stolen vehicle. The pursuit was terminated near Zora Street and Prosperity Road due to high speeds and dangerous conditions. Both occupants are still being sought by the Webb City Police Department for charges of resisting arrest and creating a substantial risk to the public.
21:23 – I was dispatched to Webb City High School in reference to a past-tense theft.
21:56 – Officers were dispatched to 4563 E. Zora St. in reference to a disturbance that was possibly a physical fight. A 33-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
11:09 – I was dispatched to 606 N. Devon St. for a motor vehicle theft.
11:59 – I was dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Main Street for a motor vehicle crash..
17:46 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a vehicle vs. deer crash at Range Line Road and Ten Pin Lane.
Tuesday, Nov. 23
15:42 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to recovered stolen property.
15:53 – I received a call for service at 28 S. Ball St. in reference to theft of property.
17:39 – I received a call for service at Seventh and Madison streets in reference to a motor vehicle accident.
17:45 – I was dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Oronogo Street in reference a three-vehicle non-injury accident.
18:44 – I was dispatched to 910 W. First St. in reference to a vehicle crashing into a parked car.
17:54 – I was dispatched to Macarthur Drive and Oronogo Street for a motor vehicle crash.
Wednesday, Nov. 24
08:57 – I was dispatched to King Jack Park, 4 Robert J. Baker Parkway, for a past-tense theft.
18:07 – Officers were dispatched to 730 Golf Road for a single-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle crash.
20:46 – Officers responded to 1802 S. Oronogo St. in reference to a past-tense theft.
Thursday, Nov. 25
00:51 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Enterprise and Progress in the Joplin/Webb City Industrial Park for a speeding violation. The 35-year-old male was cited and arrested for exceeding the posted speed limit, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while revoked, and driving while intoxicated.
20:25 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Second streets for a traffic violation. The 19-year-old male driver was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
