Monday, June 14
16:11 – I was dispatched to Henkle’s Ace Hardware in reference to property damage.
Thursday, June 17
15:24 – An officer was dispatched to 1711 Redwood Drive Apt. 51 in reference to a theft.
22:41 – Officers responded to the area of Walker and Wood streets in reference to a suspicious vehicle. A 43-year-old male was cited for driving while revoked.
Friday, June 18
23:08 – Officers were dispatched to 713 S. Walker St. Apt A in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress.
Saturday, June 19
21:15 – Officers were dispatched to a non-injury accident at 410 S. Madison St., where one party had fled the scene and the other party had followed to an address on Crow St. Officers were able to make contact with both parties, and one female was taken into custody for DWI and leaving the scene.
Sunday, June 20
02:00 – Officers responded to WCPD in reference to an individual experiencing a psychiatric emergency. One subject was transported to the hospital without incident.
05:00 – Officers responded to an intoxicated male at Crow and College streets. A 21-year-old male was taken into custody for active warrants out of Newton County.
10:33 – I received a call for service at Madison Street and Stadium Drive in reference to a motor vehicle crash.
16:02 – Officers responded to 511 E. Daugherty St. theft of motor vehicle parts.
23:55 – I was dispatched to 1802 S. Oronogo St. Apt 1F reference a past-tense burglary. The victim reported items that were stolen from his residence.
09:51 – I received a call for service at 4508 Dirt Road in reference to a theft from vehicle.
Monday, June 21
14:18 – I received a call for service at Walmart located in reference to a shoplifting in progress. The suspect left the area prior to officer’s arrival but was later identified and arrested.
16:50 – Officers responded to 1029 E. Hawthorne Loop for a domestic assault in progress. One subject was taken into custody without incident.
17:47 – Officers responded to 419 S. Tom St. in reference to a possible stolen vehicle.
17:23 – I was dispatched to 407 W. Sixth St. for a past-tense property damage.
18:30 – I was dispatched to Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a two-vehicle non-jury crash.
Tuesday, June 22
18:34 – Officers responded to 413 N. Liberty St. in reference to a theft.
18:36 – I was contacted at WCPD for a past-tense violation of a protection order. The incident occurred on Oronogo Street near Fifth Street.
21:29 – I was dispatched to Webb Corp, 402 E. Broadway, for a possible burglary in progress. A perimeter was set up and other agencies assisted at the location.
Wednesday, June 23
02:56 – I was dispatched to 805 W. 14th St. reference suspicious activity. I arrived and contacted the reporting party who provided a license plate number and general suspect description. I checked the area and didn’t locate anything.
09:20 – I was contacted by a victim at WCPD in reference to threats of harm made toward her via her telephone from 700 W. Fourth St.
13:45 – I received a call for service at MacArthur Drive and Main Street in reference to a motor vehicle accident.
15:31 – Officers were dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Oakland Street in reference to a two-vehicle crash causing an injury. A 16-year-old female was issued a citation for failure to yield.
21:08 – I was dispatched to 2587 N. Range Line Road for a past-tense theft from motor vehicle.
21:17 – I was dispatched to 1128 N. Oakway Drive for a past-tense assault. The assault occurred near Madison Street and Broadway.
17:48 – Officers were dispatched to 420 W. Rudondo Drive for a past-tense burglary.
Thursday, June 24
10:40 – I was dispatched to 1104 W. Broadway in reference to a report of nine 36×48 aluminum windows being stolen.
Friday, June 25
12:46 – I was dispatched to 724 W. Fourth St. in reference to a past-tense theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival the caller stated someone had unlawfully entered his vehicle between 00:00 and 11:00 hours on 06/25/21 and removed several items from his vehicle.
12:28 – I was dispatched to Range Line at Kennedy St. for a motor vehicle accident.
23:57 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Enterprise Avenue and Hall Street on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The vehicle fled from the traffic stop and crashed after a pursuit. The adult male driver was identified and felony resisting arrest charges will be forwarded to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office.
Friday, June 26
13:14 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to property damage at 734 Prospect St. A report was taken.
01:04 – Officers were dispatched to 501-B S. Madison St. for a subject down behind the building that passerby’s could not get to wake up. Officers located the subject and detained him on a 12-hour hold for intoxication.
Saturday, June 27
17:01 – I was dispatched to Madison and 13th streets for a one-vehicle accident.
