Wednesday, March 10

14:21 – I was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Elliott St. for a suicidal subject. A 23-year-old man was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.

Friday, March 12

22:39 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a walk-in report of an incident that occurred at 301 Golf Street.

Saturday, March 13

18:36 – I was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a fraudulent purchase made on the victim’s credit card at Walmart.

Sunday, March 14

On 03-14-2021 at approximately 1626 hours I was dispatched to Walmart (1212 S Madison) for a shoplifting in progress. As a result a 40-year-old male and a 35-year-old female were arrested for shoplifting, trespassing, fail to ID and warrants.

14:11 –  I was contacted by a citizen in reference to suspicious activity at 306 N. Main St.

15:42 – I received a call for service at Madison Street and MacArthur Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident.

Monday, March 15

07:49 – I received a call for service at 223 W. First St. in reference to property damage.

10:46 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to a missing person.

11:47 –  I received a call for service at 2500 N. Range Line in reference to a three-vehicle motor vehicle accident.

13:50 – I received a call for service at WCPD in reference to the theft of banking information that occurred at 1031 Meadow View.

17:14 – I took a walk in report at 211 W. Broadway reference stalking that occured at 2929 E. Zora St. I spoke with both victims who completed statement forms and showed messages which detailed the events of the stalking.

21:04 – I was dispatched to Hurricane Car Wash, 1703 W. Macarthur Dr., in reference to found property.

Tuesday, March 16

01:12 – I made a traffic stop near MacArthur Drive and Hall Street in reference a license violation. One adult male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and possession of a controlled substance.

09:14 – I was dispatched to 621 N. Madison St. in reference to an assault. One suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Jasper County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.

10:01 – I received a call for service at 111 W. Fountain Road in reference to a theft.

17:33 – I was dispatched to 605 N. Ball St. for a found item. The item was picked up and later put into evidence.

18:57 – I was dispatched to 409 N. Webb St. for an assault. A 42-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault.

23:10 – Officers were dispatched to Hurricane Car Wash, 1703 W. MacArthur Drive, in reference to a disturbance. I arrested one 26-year-old male for an outstanding warrant.

Wednesday, March 17

00:38 – I made a traffic stop near MacArthur Drive and College Street in reference to traffic and license violations. One adult male was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and open container.

10:16 – I was dispatched to 500 E. Rundondo Drive for a theft from a motor vehicle.

15:13 – I was dispatched to 503 N. Colonial Drive for a theft from a motor vehicle.

20:51 – I observed a silver Toyota passenger vehicle traveling southbound on Main Street at 3rd street with rear brake light out. The 36-year-old female was cited for driving while suspended.

Thursday, March 17

14:14 – Officers initiated a traffic stop on a white passenger car not displaying any license plates as it entered the roundabout. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed, leaving Webb City southbound on Highway 249. Officers terminated the pursuit for safety reasons.

10:26 – An officer was dispatched to 1603 S. Ellis St. Apt. 208 in reference to the theft of a package.

22:12 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and 14th streets for defective equipment. The 29-year-old female driver was cited and arrested for defective equipment and driving while suspended.

Friday, March 18

Officers were dispatched to Route 66 Sports Bar, 660 E. Daugherty St., in reference to past-tense property damage.

23:12 – Officers were dispatched to 1502 S. Ellis St. Apt. 102 in reference to a theft that had just occurred. The 29-year-old male suspect was identified and charges were sought.

14:00 – I was dispatched to 1315 S. Hall St. for a theft.

Saturday, March 19

10:21 – I was dispatched to 1011 W. MacArthur Drive for a past-tense disturbance. 

14:15 – I was dispatched to 14th and College streets in reference to property damage. A 24-year-old female was arrested for DWI, possession of controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

21:18 An officer conducted a traffic stop at Oronogo and Fifth streets in reference to an expired license plate. The 29-year-old female passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and the 31-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, and driving while intoxicated.

22:19 – I was dispatched to Main Street and Macarthur Drive to assist in the foot pursuit a wanted fugitive. The 23-year-old male suspect got away. A citation was mailed for resisting arrest.

20:55 – Officers were dispatched to Skateland for a sexual assault. Officers arrived and spoke to the juvenile victim and a witness with parents. Parents requested that due to the nature of the incident that an information report only be taken at this time and that no charges be filed with the juvenile office.

14:13 – I was dispatched to Daugherty and Main streets for a hit-and-run.

19:04 – Officers were dispatched to King Jack Park for suspicious activity.
