Members of the Purcell Friends Cemetery organization and the Tri-City Fire Department placed Christmas wreaths at the graves of veterans on Thursday, Dec. 4.
Those involved included Rolland Richardson, U.S. Army; Gail Boyer, head of Purcell Friends Cemetery; Todd Milbourn and Chief Klayton Richardson, of the Tri-City Fire Department.
