Thursday, Oct. 17
18:55 – On 10/17/2024 at 1855 hours, an Officer was dispatched to 211 W Broadway St, Webb City Police Dept, in reference to a subject being brought in who was arrested at Oronogo court on our warrants. As a result of the call for service a 47-year-old male was taken into custody for active warrants out of our city.
Wedesday, Oct. 23
05:17 – On 10/23/2024 at 0517 hours, I was dispatched to 211 W Broadway in reference to someone being in the lobby turning themselves in on active warrants. As a result, one white male was taken into custody and a report was taken.
14:18 – On 10/23/2024 at 1418 hours officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at East St and MacArthur Dr. A report was taken.
Thursday, Oct. 24
17:03 – On 10/24/2024 at approximately 1703 hours, an Officer was dispatched to Taco Bell (1708 S Madison St) in reference to a private property motor vehicle crash, with one party leaving the scene. As a result, one 19-year-old male was issued a citation for leaving the scene.
Friday, Oct. 25
20:02 – On 10/25/2024 at 2002 hours, officers were dispatched to 714 S Madison St (Whataburger), in reference to an Assault in Progress. As a result, a report was taken and the investigation continues.
20:55 – On 10/25/2024 at 2055 hours, an Officer was dispatched to 1358 Canyon trails Dr Apt B, in reference to a ex parte violation. As a result of the call for service charges against a 31-year-old male for violation of a protection order will be sent to the Jasper County Prosecutor for review.
Saturday, Oct. 26
17:13 – On 10-26-2024 at 1713 hours, officers were dispatched to 306 N. Main for a robbery. It was determined a shoplifting occurred. The investigation led to the arrest of a 18-year-old Carterville resident for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to identify.
18:53 – On 10/26/2024 at 1853 an officer observed a traffic violation on a black Ford Edge at Ball and Macarthur St. As a result, a traffic stop was initiated and a 28-year-old female was taken into custody for driving without a license.
21:29 – On 10/26/2024 at 2129 hours officers were dispatched to 1110 Hillside Dr in reference to a Domestic Assualt in progress. As a result, one 23-year-old male was taken into custody for Domestic Assualt.
Monday, Oct. 27
00:50 – On 10/27/2024 at 0050 hours officers conducted a traffic stop on two vehicles speed near Oronogo St/Fountain Rd. Two males were arrested for operating a motor vehicle with no operator’s license.
02:00 – On 10/27/2024 at 0200 hours officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near MacArthur and Oakland for speeding. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. A report was taken.
11:33 – On 10/27/2024 at 1133 hours, I received a call for service at Walmart, 1212 S Madison in reference to a past-tense shoplifting on 10/6/2024. The male and female involved were later located and arrested for shoplifting and trespass.
18:07 – On 10/27/2024 at 1807 hours an officer was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a Black Dodge Caliber with registration violations. As a result, a traffic stop was initiated at Tom / Galena and a 43-year-old male was taken into custody for Webb City and Jasper County warrants.
18:13 – On 10/27/2024 at 1813 hours an officer was dispatched to 2621 N Rangeline Rd in reference to a past-tense disturbance. Information was gathered and a report was created.
18:25 – On 10/27/2024 at 1825 hours officers responded to 416 N Tom St for an assault in progress. As a result, one 28-year-old female was taken into custody for Domestic Assault.
21:04 – On 10/27/2024 at 2104 hours officers were dispatched to the 200 block of N Roane St in reference to a runaway juvenile. Information was gathered and the juvenile was later located near Main and tracy were he assaulted a male and resisted arrest. Charges were sent to the Jasper County Juvenile office.
An officer was dispatched to 709 W. Broadway for a possible indecent exposure. Contact was made with the reporting party.
06:55 – An officer was dispatched to 736 S. Walker St. in reference to theft from a motor vehicle, which occurred during the overnight hours of Oct. 27.
06:58 – Officers were dispatched to 711B S. Walker St. for a theft from motor vehicle where property damage occurred.
16:28 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a wanted person. A 42-year-old female was taken into custody.
19:04 – Officers were dispatched to an overdose in the 1600 block of S. Ellis St. A 48-year-old female was transported to the hospital on a 96-hour hold.
22:48 – I was northbound on Main Street at Church Street when I observed a blue vehicle southbound with their high beams on. A 27-year-old male was arrested on a warrant.
I made contact with a female, reporting a past-tense theft at Madison Street Fountain Road.
07:35 – Officers were dispatched to 1423 Crestwood Drive for a burglary.
08:54 – An officer was dispatched to 1525 Crestwood Drive in reference to property damage that occurred during the overnight hours of Oct. 28.
11:50 – Officers were dispatched to 409 N. Webb St. for an assault in progress with weapons. One male was arrested and transported to detention.
13:28 – I was dispatched to 513 N. Webb St. for an assault in progress.
15:38 – Officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Enterprise Avenue in reference to an unconscious 57-year-old male who wasn’t breathing. The subject was pronounced deceased on scene, and a death investigation was conducted.
16:31 – I was dispatched to Atwoods, 220 S. East St., for a past-tense property damage.
21:31 – I took a report for a recovered stolen vehicle that was found in a parking lot at Webb City High School.
02:42 – Officers were dispatched to 513 N. Webb St. for a burglary in progress.
11:14 – I received a call for service in the 1300 block of N. Main St. in reference to a check well-being. The person was discovered deceased.
19:49 – An officer was dispatched to the area of East and Daugherty streets in reference to a check well-being. One adult female was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
07:03 – I received a call for service at 421 N. Ball St. in reference to a theft from motor vehicle.
07:50 – I was dispatched to 617 N. Liberty St. for a found bike.
08:00 – I received a call for service at 201 N. Main St. in the alley in reference to theft and property damage to a motor vehicle.
12:54 – I received a call for service at 1605 S. Ellis St. in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The victim reported someone had stolen his motorcycle during the overnight hours.
15:07 – I was dispatched to 410 S. Madison St. for a non-injury motor vehicle accident.
16:41 – An officer was dispatched to 904 W. Third St. in reference to a past-tense theft.
17:02 – I was contacted at WCPD about a threats call that received at 2549 S. Hall St.
21:34 – An officer on routine patrol observed a subject walking south on Main St who had active warrants out of our jurisdiction, a pedestrian stop was conducted on that subject in the area at North Main Street and East Arch Street. A 22-year-old male was taken into custody for active warrants out of our agency and Carterville.
22:25 – I made a traffic stop at 306 N. Main St. in reference a license violation. One adult male was taken into custody for multiple parole violation warrants, fugitive from justice, felony resisting arrest and assault on law enforcement.
11:57 – Officers received a report of a runaway from the 500 block of W. Daughtery St.
13:00 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to damage to property that occurred near Galena and Tom street at about 21:00 hours on Oct. 31.
16:11 – Officers were dispatched to Broadway and Cedar Street in reference to a two-vehicle crash, with unknown injuries.
16:30 – Officers were called to 324 N. Tom St. for a trespass in progress. One female has been issued a citation for trespassing.
20:20 – I was dispatched to Madison and Seventh streets in reference to domestic in a vehicle southbound on Madison. A 25-year-old male was arrested for driving while revoked and a Webb City warrant.
15:28 – An officer was dispatched to 1116 Chesterfield Drive in reference to a domestic in progress.
