Sunday, July 10

12:55 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a theft. A report for shoplifting was taken.

Monaday, July 18

19:15 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. The investigation is ongoing.

Thursday, July 21

20:53 – An officer was dispatched to 1604-29 S. Ellis St. for a burglary past tense.

22:33 – An officer was dispatched to 202 N. Ball St. for property damage to a vehicle.

Sunday, July 24

15:08 – I received a call for service at Walmart, where the victim reported someone had stolen his small motorcycle.

15:43 – I received a call for service at WCPD in reference to an animal bite at 516 S. Devon St.

17:37 – I received a call for service at Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft of merchandise.

21:00 – I made a traffic stop near Main and Daugherty streets in reference to equipment violations. One adult male was charged with driving while revoked.

22:05 – An officer made an investigative car stop at the entrance to the Center Creek 201 Wastewater Treatment plant, 2100 N. Madison St. The vehicle in question had just left the private/non-public areas of the plant. The 36-year-old male occupant of the vehicle was cited for trespassing.

22:33 – I made a traffic stop near Main Street and Broadway in reference to equipment and traffic violations. One adult female was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

Monday, July 25

14:44 – Officers were dispatched to Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a two-vehicle accident. A male subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated and endangering welfare of a child.

15:00 – I took a report of a past-tense sexual incident that occured in the 5500 block of Stone Crest St. in House Springs, Mo. The incident involved a 15-year-old child that was in St. Louis for school and visitation.

13:45 – I was dispatched to 602 N. Liberty St. for a past-tense property damage, possible accident. The original incident occurred on Main Street near Austin Street around 12:30 hours.

20:11 – An officer was dispatched to 324 S. Tom St. for smoke investigation. A 38-year-old male will be receiving a citation for negligent burning.

Tuesday, July 26

10:27 – Officers were dispatched to the area of the railroad tracks by the roundabout for a suspicious vehicle. It turned out to be a stolen vehicle that was recovered.

19:14 – Officers responded to 1023 Country Side Drive in reference to harassment.

22:37 – Officers responded to the 700 block of West Daugherty Street in reference to a suspicious subject. One individual was taken into custody.

20:10 – Officers responded to 4568 Half Circle Road in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and one subject was taken into custody.

Wednesday, July 27

14:10 – I was dispatched to Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a careless and imprudent driver. The vehicle located and stopped. The 20-year-old driver was arrested for warrants and failure to provide identification.

18:10 – An officer was dispatched to 333 E. Hawthorne Road for theft of property.

Friday, July 29

07:09 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a possible past-tense rape. The victim was contacted, and an investigation was opened.

16:42 – Officers were dispatched to Mt. Hope Cemetery in reference to the unattended death of a 51-year-old male from Joplin. There were no obvious signs of foul play.

23:32 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Zora and Wellington streets. A 31-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for failure to register a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and providing false information.

07:32 – I was dispatched to 1208 W. Broadway for a past-tense property damage.

16:35 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting.

Saturday, July 30

20:09 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense shoplifting.

20:09 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting. A 41-year-old male was arrested.
