Monday, July 18

21:26 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a disturbance in progress. A 25-year-old male was issued a citation for peace disturbance.

Friday, July 22

15:14 – Officers were dispatched to 1215 W. 14th St. for a past-tense burglary of a storage unit.

Saturday, July 23

18:47 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting in progress. A 34-year-old female was issued a citation for shoplifting.

11:04 – I was dispatched to 1846 Line Dr. for gunshots fired.

15:45 – I was dispatched to Walmart for shoplifting. A 22-year-old male was issued a citation.

Friday, July 29

18:56 – An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Tom St. for a juvenile offense.

Sunday, July 31

01:43 – Officers were dispatched to 1525 Prier Lane in reference to a domestic disturbance. Charges for domestic assault will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 31-year-old male.

05:34 – Officers were called to the 600 block of N. Main St. in reference to shots fired. A a 28-year-old male was taken into custody for domestic assault first, assault first, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, and armed criminal action.

15:18 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a past-tense shoplifting.

19:19 – Officers responded to the 700 block of W. Wickersham Drive in reference to a male with an altered level of consciousness. One subject was transported by METS for a medical emergency.

19:17 – Officers were dispatched to 807 W. Second St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. A 44-year-old male was cited for peace disturbance and arrested for domestic assault second degree.

21:18 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense shoplifting. Information was obtained and an investigation was initiated.

On July 31st at approximately 2300 hours Officers responded to 1212 S. Madison in reference to shoplifting. Information was obtained and a report was taken.

Monday, Aug. 1

04:32 – Officers responded to Red Iron Drive in reference to a trespass in progress. One subject was contacted and taken into custody without incident.

14:50 – I received a call for service at Walmart in reference to shoplifting.

17:44 – I received a call for service at the roundabout in reference to a traffic complaint. A male was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.

22:58 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting. One adult female was taken into custody for shoplifting, trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, Aug.2

13:46 – I was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a report of threats at the Missouri Probation and Parole Office at 1919 N. Range Line Road. A report of tampering with a judicial officer was taken.

20:19 – Officers were dispatched to the Middle School in reference to a possible assault. It was discovered that an assault originally occurred in the 700 block of N. Liberty St. between several juveniles. The assault continued down the street on foot and the two juvenile victims were able to seek safety in the 200 block of N. Main St. This report will be forwarded to the Jasper County Juvenile Office for further review and filing of formal charges.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

00:22 – I made a traffic stop near Broadway and Ash Street in reference to a stolen license plate. One adult male was taken into custody for delivery of a controlled substance, stealing, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

15:04 – Officers were dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Powell Drive, for a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

17:16 – An officer was made aware of an individual who had stolen some alcohol from Casey’s, 337 S. Main St. The 37-year-old male was located at First and Liberty streets and taken into custody for shoplifting and a Jasper County warrant.

Thursday, Aug. 4

09:08 – I was dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Madison Street for a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle accident.

16:29 – Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Mineral Street for a past-tense theft.

Friday, Aug. 5

10:20 – I received a call for service at 1624 Lakeview Drive in reference to a past-tense burglary.

Saturday, Aug. 6

07:42 – I was dispatched to 1624 Lakeview Drive in reference to a trespassing in progress. Upon arrival two suspects were located in the home and taken into custody.

20:11 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter. One 48-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting, as well as felony possession of a controlled substance.
