11:46 – Officers were dispatched to 25 S. Hall St. for a report of littering. One male was issued a summons.
15:33 – Officers were called to 1715-G S. Madison St. for a private-property crash. One vehicle left the scene after striking a parked car.
Friday, April 11
19:01 – An officer was dispatched to Sleep Inn, 221 S. East St., in reference to a crash involving a vehicle that left the scene.
Saturday, April 12
20:13 – Officers were dispatched to 621 S. Walker St. Apt B in reference to a burglary in progress. One male fled on foot and was taken into custody for resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Sunday, April 13
11:53 – I was dispatched to Second and Pennsylvania streets for a report of a dog attacking another dog and biting a female.
23:07 – While on general patrol, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop at Third and Main streets. A male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
Monday, April 14
03:45 – I was dispatched to 511 N. Elliott St. in reference to a domestic in progress. One adult male was taken into custody for domestic assault and resisting arrest.
09:08 – I was contacted at the station in reference to an assault on April 13 in the 300 block of N. Webb St.
09:39 – An officer towed an abandoned vehicle in the area of Stadium Drive and Wilson Street.
11:12 – Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at Hall and Galena streets.
15:09 – Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
21:54 – Officers were dispatched to 217 W. Austin St. due to a disturbance. A 57-year-old male was arrested for peace disturbance and property damage.
23:11 – I was southbound on Madison Street at Fountain Road when I observed a black SUV northbound on Madison at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was made and an 18-year-old was arrested for DWI and MIP (mentally incapacitated person).
23:54 – A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of MacArthur Drive and Oakland St. A 22-year-old male was taken into custody for DWI and driving with a revoked driving status.
23:57 – Officers were dispatched to 707 W. Broadway for a noise compliant. A 41-year-old female was issued citations for violating the noise ordinance.
Tuesday, April 15
05:16 – Officers responded to the 841 Zigler St. in reference to a stolen vehicle.
15:33 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur Drive and Hall Street in reference to a registration violation. The 29-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for registration violation and driving while revoked.
19:13 – Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 10th and Oronogo streets regarding a disturbance in progress. A 40-year-old male was taken into custody for a mental evaluation during a 96-hour hold.
20:49 – Officers conducted a pedestrian check at the intersection of Galena and Elliott streets. One 39-year-old male was taken into custody for Jasper County warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.
21:17 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur Drive and Hall Street for a lane violation. A 27-year-old male was arrested on a warrant.
22:15 – Officers were dispatched to 118 S. Hall St. for a trespass in progress. A 38-year-old female was arrested on a warrant and resisting arrest.
Wednesday, April 16
05:53 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.
12:04 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a animal complaint that occured at 324 N. Tom St.
Thursday, April 17
10:38 – Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of N, Walker St. in reference to a peace disturbance.
14:27 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to found property at Pennsylvania and Daugherty streets.
16:16 – I was driving in the area of Webb and Galena streets, when I saw a male riding a bike and discovered he had a warrant. The suspect was taken into custody.
17:11 – Officers were dispatched to Fountain and Madison streets for a non-injury crash.
20:18 – An officer was dispatched to 708 W. 10th St. in reference to past-tense property damage.
Friday, April 18
12:44 – I was contacted at WCPD for a past-tense theft at McDonald’s, 410 S. Madison St.
17:26 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and Seventh streets in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.
21:27 – Officers were dispatched to 511 N. Elliot St. for a domestic.
22:40 – Officers were dispatched to King Jack Park 555 S. Main Street, in reference to a disturbance. A 25-year-old male was arrested for failing to comply with request for information by officers.
Saturday, April 19
15:29 – I conducted a traffic stop on Madison near Central Street. The driver was cited for driving without a valid license.
The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
