20:51 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a traffic crash.

15:52 – Officers were dispatched to a two vehicle non injury motor vehicle crash at MacArthur and Main St. A crash report was completed.

Saturday, July 23

13:33 – Officers were dispatched to a report a subject driving carelessly while revoked. The driver was issued summons.

Sunday, July 24

18:00 – An officer was dispatched to 523 N.Tom St, in reference to a past-tense burglary.

Wednesday, July 27

17:45 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a walk-in report of identity theft that occurred at 749 S.Walker St. Apt A.

Thursday, July 28

16:19 – Officers were dispatched to Powell Drive and Crestwood Drive for a motor vehicle accident.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

15:26 – I was dispatched to 405 W. 15th St. in reference to a possible theft.

Thursday, Aug. 4

17:47 – An officer was dispatched to 1641 N. East St. for a non-injury motor vehicle accident.

18:08 – An officer observed a non-injury motor vehicle accident that just occurred at East and Daugherty streets.

16:23 – I was dispatched to 918 S. Jefferson St. for a disturbance. A subject was later cited for property damage.

Saturday, Aug. 6

18:25 – Officers were dispatched to Casey’s, 1525 S. Madison St., in reference to a past-tense burglary. A 16-year-old male was taken into custody for first degree burglary. The case has been turned over to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.

Sunday, Aug. 7

01:42 – Officers were dispatched to 4563 E. Zora St. apt. A in reference to an assault that had just occurred. One 35-year-old male was charged with domesic assault.

Monday, Aug. 8

12:03 – Officers initiated a traffic stop at Third and Hall streets. One male subject was arrested for drug violations.

07:49 – I was dispatched to 123 S. Oronogo St. for a past-tense theft of a motorcycle.

12:14 – I was informed of a past-tense suspicious person in the neighborhood of Robin Ridge. The incident occurred near the 1800 block of Redbird Drive.

16:39 – I was dispatched to 1312 S. Madison St. for a one-vehicle, non-injury motor vehicle accident.

19:26 – Officers were dispatched to 1123 Nelson St. for the report of a failed to return vehicle.

15:51 – Officers were dispatched to Madison St. and Macarthur Drive for a non-injury accident.

Tuesday, Aug. 9

01:30 – Officers responded to 1121 W. Broadway in reference to a violation of an ex parte. A 39-year-old male was arrested for an active warrant and violating the protection order.

17:07 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to two subjects trespassing. Both were cited.

21:49 – Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting.

19:20 – Officers responded to 1145 Dirt Road for a dog bite.

15:24 – I was dispatched to Tracy and Hall streetsfor a two-vehicle, non-injury motor vehicle accident.

Wednesday, Aug. 10

00:19 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a defective equipment violation. The 19-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while suspended and two Jasper County warrants.

13:42 – I was dispatched to 823 W. Second St. for possible stolen items. As a result an informational report was taken.

Thursday, Aug. 11

21:12 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter. The 70-year-old female physically resisted arrest and was taken into custody for shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, another 61-year-old female was also arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Friday, Aug. 12

08:03 hours – Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of S. Oronogo St. for past-tense harrassment.

An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison Street and Fountain Road for defective equipment. The 45-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while revoked.

20:40 – Officers responded to 1344 April Crossing in reference to fraudulent use of a financial device.

22:00 – Officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting. One person was cited.

09:55 – I was dispatched to Seventh Street and Chesterfield Drive for a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle accident.

Saturday, Aug. 13

01:09 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and 16th streets for a lane violation and obstructing the flow of traffic. The 40-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for failing to register a motor vehicle, having no valid driver’s license and driving while intoxicated.

11:30 – I took a report of property damage and theft from a vehicle parked in front of 201 S. Webb St. Overnight, someone had broken a vehicle window and stolen a wallet from the vehicle.

13:13 – Officers conducted a traffic stop at First and Liberty streets. A female subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant and narcotic violations.

14:42 – Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of S. Devon St. in reference to juvenile issues.

18:52 – Officers responded to 810 W. Austin St. in reference to a physical domestic assault. The suspect had already fled the scene. Information was obtained.

19:08 – An officer was dispatched to 1802 S. Oronogo St. Apt 6D in reference to harassment. As a result, charges for harassment will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on an 18-year-old female.
