Friday, Jan. 16
20:11 – Officers responded to The W Club, 1000 Dawson Drive for a report of a male flashing a firearm. Charges were submitted to the juvenile office.
Saturday, Jan. 17
01:19 – An officer conducting traffic enforcement observed a red GMC Pacifica at Jillian Lane and East Street with moving violations. One female was taken into custody for DWI.
19:06 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a trespassing in progress. A citation was issued.
Sunday, Jan. 18
00:26 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison Street and Broadway in reference to a stop sign violation. The 23-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for a Newton County warrant, failure to stop at a stop sign, no valid driver’s license, failure to ID, and driving while intoxicated.
10:53 – I received a call for service at Walmart, in reference to merchandise being shoplifted. A female was arrested and transported to the jail, where she was held in lieu of bond.
13:36 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a report of shoplifting. A subject was taken into custody.
15:27 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and Seventh streets for a motor vehicle crash.
16:02 – I was dispatched to 536 N. East St. for a brush fire. The fire department took care of the fire, and subject was taken into custody.
19:55 – Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Redwood Drive for a reported deceased subject. A 76-year-old female was turned over to Parker Mortuary.
21:26 – I responded to 418-A S. Devon St. regarding a nuisance complaint. A 37-year-old female was taken into custody for an active Webb City warrant.
22:57 – Officers were informed by dispatch that an individual who came into the police department lobby had an active warrant out of Joplin. As a result, the 38-year-old male was taken into custody.
Monday, Jan. 19
00:49 – An officer observed a white Ford Explorer commit a moving violation. A traffic stop at the intersection of Third and Main streets, where a 43-year-old male was taken into custody for driving while suspended.
16:31 – I assisted an investigator with the Division of Social Services in the 300 block of S. Liberty St.
17:20 – Officers responded to the 1400 block of W. Aylor St. for a suicidal subject. A 46-year-old female was placed on a 96-hour mental hold.
17:58 – Officers responded to Seventh and Madison streets for a report of a crash. A citation was issued for driving while revoked.
21:24 – Officers were dispatched to 13th and Madison streets in reference to a leaving-the-scene motor vehicle accident.
Tuesday, Jan. 20
01:47 – Officers responded to 717 Jillian Lane for a domestic in progress. Charges were submitted to the Jasper County Prosecutors Office.
07:00 – An officer was dispatched Madison Street and MacArthur Drive in reference to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
08:11 – Upon conducting a traffic stop, the female driver was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and no seat belt. She was given a court date and released.
10:32 – I conducted a traffic stop on Broadway near Walker Street, where the female driver was cited for no valid drivers license. She was taken to the police department, fingerprinted, then released with a citation and court date.
14:51 – I conducted a traffic stop on MacArthur Drive near Jefferson Street. The driver was later cited for failure to comply with driver’s restrictions and no insurance.
21:08 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and Fourth streets for expired plates. A 21-year-old male was arrested for a Franklin County warrant.
23:03 – Officers conducted a warrant service at 1519 Gold Stream Dr., where a 43-year-old male was arrested on a Jasper County warrant.
Wednesday, Jan. 21
11:50 – I took a report of found property from 523 N. Webb St. The item was placed into evidence until the owner can be identified.
17:20 – A report was taken for an incident of property damage that occurred at King Jack Park.
23:32 – One of the Webb City Police Department’s DRE (drub recognition expert) officers were dispatched to WCPD to conduct a DRE evaluation for the Duenweg Police Department. The evaluation was conducted and a report was made which will be forwarded to the arresting officer.
Thursday, Jan. 22
07:24 – I was dispatched to 1901 Redbird Drive for a report of property damage.
07:31 – I received a call for service at 1312 S. Madison St. in reference to a motor vehicle accident.
14:13 – I was dispatched to 1829 12th St. for a report of fraud.
14:29 – I stopped a vehicle at 11th and Oronogo streets for a traffic violation. The driver was subsequently arrested for driving while revoked.
17:43 – A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of Madison Street and MacArthur Drive, where a 27-year-old male was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
19:10 – A report was taken in the lobby for an incident that occurred at McDonald’s, 410 S. Madison St., which led to a male being taken into custody for a 96-hour hold.
21:54 – An officer was conducting traffic enforcement at Fifth and Madison streets when a red Ford Fusion with equipment violations was observed. Two females were arrested for no driver’s license and other-agency warrants.
Friday, Jan. 23
I was dispatched to 1427 Gold Dust Drive in reference to threats received.
17:37 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a trespassing in progress. A 46-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting and trespassing, and a 29-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting and a Jasper County warrant.
18:06 – I worked a motor two-vehicle crash on Madison Street at 12th Street. No injuries were reported.
23:58 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at MacArthur and Colonial drives in reference to an improper turn. As a result, the 51-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for improper turn, failure to show valid proof of insurance, possession of an open container of alcohol, and driving while intoxicated – aggravated offense.
Saturday, Jan. 24
14:15 – An officer was dispatched to Madison Street and MacArthur Drive in reference to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
