Sunday, March 20

19:13 – Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of S. Ball St. in reference to a disturbance in progress.

22:32 – Officers responded to 817 Horseshoe Drive in reference to a subject with an active felony warrant. A 36-year-old male was taken into custody for the warrant out of Barton County.

Wednesday, March 23

12:13 – Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at Madison and14th streets, with no injuries.

23:25 – An officer was dispatched to 1813 S. Hall St. in reference to threats to do harm. A 20-year-old male was issued a citation for assault.

Saturday, March 26

21:11 – The WCPD drug recognition expert was dispatched to the station to conduct a DRE evaluation for Jasper County Sheriff Department.

22:35 – I was dispatched to 1802 S. Oronogo St. Apt. 9 in reference to a trespass in progress. A 25-year-old male was arrested for resisting, trespassing, driving while suspended and warrants.

Wednesday, March 27

03:31 – Officers were dispatched to Colonial and Stadium drives for a one-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle crash. The 24-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

10:08 – A 64-year-old male was cited for an assault that occurred at Wal-Mart.

15:10 – A crash was reported at MacArthur Drive and Madison Street involving two vehicles. An 18-year-old was arrested for driving while intoxicated. No injuries were reported.

13:27 – I was contacted at WCPD about a past-tense assault.

22:27 – Officers were notified of a runaway juvenile from the 600 block of Easton Drive.

02:44 – Officers were dispatched to 1020 W. Seventh St. in reference to a disturbance. Upon officers arrival it had broken up and everyone had cleared the area. A wallet was located on the sidewalk in the area and was taken and placed into evidence for safekeeping until the owner can be reached.

19:34 – Officers were dispatched to 777-8B W. Cardinal Dr. for a past-tense burglary.

18:00 – An officer took a complaint about an issue an individual was having with their neighbor located in the 900 block of McKenzie Circle.

14:55 – I was dispatched to the roundabout for a two-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle.

Thursday, March 28

07:58 – I was dispatched to 506 W. Fourth St. in reference to stolen vehicle parts.

16:52 – I was dispatched to Hall and Zora streets for a careless and imprudent driving complaint. A 49-year-old female was issued a citation for endangering the welfare of a child.

17:38 – I was dispatched to 1523 S Jefferson St. Apt A for a tampering complaint. A 59-year-old male was issued a citation for tampering.

20:08 – I was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft.

07:30 – Officers were dispatched to Cedar and Daugherty streets for a non-injury motor vehicle accident.

Tuesday, March 29

10:00 – I arrived in the 600 block of N. Madison reference a report of a juvenile in possession of alcohol. One male juvenile was charged with possession of alcohol and released to his mother.

15:49 – I was dispatched to Taco Bell in reference to a stolen wallet.

17:30 – I was dispatched to WCPD for an item found at 1302 N. Main St.

Thursday, March 31

01:14 – Officers responded to 4503-C E. Zora St. for a physical domestic assault. One subject was taken into custody without incident.

11:05 – An officer was dispatched to 3525 E. Red Iron Dr. in reference to a theft of property.

15:53 – I was contacted for a motor vehicle accident that occurred at Main near Highway 171. It was a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

20:41 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting that had just occurred. One 23-year-old white male was arrested for shoplifting.

02:36 – Officers were dispatched to 323 S. Webb St. in reference to a structure fire. During the time on scene it was determined the house had been abandoned but there had been some squatters going into the house. Information was obtained, an investigation was initiated and the Missouri State Fire Marshall was notified.

Friday, April 1

15:15 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Stadium Drive and Main Street for defective equipment. The 24-year-old female driver was arrested for Webb City warrants, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, April 2

06:06 – I was dispatched to 102 S. Roane St. for a domestic in progress. A 61-year-old female was arrested for warrants.

11:51 – I was dispatched to 713 W. Daugherty St. for a 911 hang up. The investigation revealed the resident had made numerous 911 calls even though an emergency did not exist. The 28-year-old man was arrested for misuse of 911.

10:01 – Officers were called to MacArthur Drive and Main Street for a careless-and-imprudent driver. A 19-year-old was arrested for DWI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

16:00 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to fraud.
