Sunday, Oct. 2
19:30 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a peace disturbance that occurred at 324 N. Tom St. A 51-year-old male was issued a citation for peace disturbance.
10:31 – Officers were dispatched to Webb City Health and Rehabilitation Center, 2077 Stadium Drive, for a disturbance. A 59-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.
Monday, Oct. 3
14:43 – An officer was dispatched to White Oak Station, 411 S. Madison St., for a motor vehicle accident.
Tuesday, Oct. 4
09:44 – An officer was dispatched to 604 N. Oronogo St. for a past-tense theft.
16:08 – Officers were dispatched to Madison Street and Fountain Road for a motor vehicle accident.
Wednesday, Oct. 5
00:19 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD for a walk-in report. Charges will be sent to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office against a 25-year-old male for property damage in the first degree.
15:04 – I was contacted by the victim of a theft at 111 Cedar St.
13:18 – I was dispatched to the roundabout for a motor vehicle crash.
Thursday, Oct. 6
10:31 – Officers were dispatched to 515 Ware St. for a report of harassment. A summons was issued to one male.
14:00 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to a violation of a protection order at 807 N. Walker St.
16:33 – I was dispatched to Madison and Fifth streets for a motor vehicle crash.
Friday, Oct. 7
22:27 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart for a past-tense shoplifting.
18:37 – I conducted a traffic stop at Church and Tom streets. The driver was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
Friday, Oct. 8
On 10-08-2022 at 0418 hours an officer was dispatched to 405 E 5th St in Carthage Missouri for a prisoner transport. A report was taken.
Saturday, Oct. 9
12:37 – Officers were dispatched to El Palenque, 708 W. Fourth St., for a suspicious male. A bicycle was recovered.
20:54 – An officer was dispatched to 807 N. Walker St.for a violation of an adult protection order. A 39-year-old female was arrested and placed on a 24 hour hold with charges pending.
20:10 – Officers were dispatched to 324 N. Tom St. in reference to a possible disturbance. A 27-year-old male was arrested on Webb City warrants.
21:25 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft. A 53-year-old female was arrested for burglary 2nd degree and a Joplin warrant.
23:46 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Austin streets for failing to yield. The 24-year-old driver was arrested for warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.The 54-year-old female passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Monday, Oct. 10
13:00 – I received a call for service in the 4500 block of E. Zora St. for a well-being check. The female advised she was fine and she would contact her family.
09:07 – I received a call for service at X-treme Power Sports, 1301 S. Madison St., in reference to theft and property damage.
10:14 – I received a call for service at 518 N. Webb St. in reference to the theft of property.
14:24 – I received a call for service at 721 N. Ball St. in reference to a disturbance.
20:52 – I was contacted in reference a past-tense theft and assault that occurred at 711 S. Walker St. Apt A.
Tuesday, Oct. 11
07:30 – I responded to 920 W. Crow St. in reference the theft of several vehicle batteries.
11:05 – Officers were dispatched to 404 E. Tracy St. reference an individual with a firearm. Two male subjects were detained and later released once the incident was investigated.
16:45 – I was contacted by Deputy Terry with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office in reference to three missing juveniles in the 500 block of N. Hall St. The juveniles were located.
15:41 – I was eastbound on Fountain Road at Prairie Flower Road when I observed a blue in color Ford SUV westbound with a non functioning brake light. A traffic stop was made and a 43-year-old was arrested on warrants.
18:24 – Officers were dispatched to 1102 S. Oronogo St. in reference to a request to check the well being of the resident.
14:30 – I was dispatched to 1802 S. Oronogo St. Apt 5A in reference to a domestic in progress.
Wednesday, Oct. 12
13:49 – Officers were dispatched to Broadway and Ash Street reference a suspicious male. A male subject was arrested for outstanding felony warrants.
20:31 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter. A 38-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting.
20:15 – Officers were dispatched to Homestead and Stadium drives for a motor vehicle crash.
Thursday, Oct. 13
10:24 – Dispatch advised me of property found at 615 N. East St. that was turned in at WCPD.
16:50 – Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Megan Lane reference an assault in progress. A male subject was taken into custody for assault and trespassing.
18:02 – An officer was dispatched to 2039 Bluejay Drive in reference to a theft. Charges for stealing $750 or more will be sent to the county prosecutor’s office on a 54-year-old male and a 29-year-old male.
Friday, Oct. 14
01:15 – An officer was dispatched to a vehicle fire at the roundabout.
04:24 – An officer was dispatched to 337 S. Main St. for a theft in progress. A 19-year-old male was taken into custody for shoplifting and minor in possession.
17:59 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout, where a truck was driving through the median at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle fled leading officers on a pursuit. A 44-year-old male and 52-year-old male were arrested for driving while revoked, resisting arrest, failure to stop for an emergency vehicle and DWI.
20:29 – Law enforcement and medical personnel responded to the roundabout in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle that had rolled. The driver was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the driver for DWI.
22:08 – I was dispatched to 3752 E. Enterprise Avenue in reference a past-tense theft.
Saturday, Oct. 15
12:32 – I received a call for service at 4501 Dirt Road in reference to careless and imprudent driving.
