18:32 –Officers were dispatched to 13th and Madison streets for a crash.

Thursday, Nov. 2

15:33 –I was dispatched to the station in reference to a theft at Walmart. The victim reported she forgot to retrieve her cash back from the self checkout and someone took her money.

Friday, Nov. 3

23:31 – An officer received a phone call from a male individual in reference to a possible kidnapping of his daughter from Webb City Skateland,104 N Madison St. As a result the child was located safely and Department of Family Services was contacted.

Saturday, Nov. 4

19:52 – I was dispatched to 1001 W. Austin St. in reference to a 911 hang call with an open line. A report was taken for found property.

23:51 – I observed a black pickup southbound on East Street approaching the roundabout at Macarthur. A 22-year-old male was arrested for DWI, DWR, failure to ID and open container.

Sunday, Nov. 5

06:07 – I was dispatched to 508 N. Liberty St. for a past-tense burglary.

09:30 – I was contacted at the police department for a past-tense theft at 608 N. Tom St.

12:41 – An officer was dispatched to the area of First and East streets in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle crash.

15:00 – Officers took a report for harassment occurring at 415 Colonial Drive.

17:16 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting. A 35-year-old male was arrested for driving while suspended, and a 36-year-old female was arrested for trespassing and shoplifting.

21:36 – An officer responded to a call at WCPD n reference to a domestic assault that had occurred at 1626 Jefferson Circle.

Monday, Nov. 6

08:37 – Officers were dispatched to 324 N. Tom St. in reference to an assault that had just occurred.

12:30 – Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Madison St. in reference to a juvenile matter.

14:44 – Officers were dispatched to the intersection of South College Street and West Broadway for a motor vehicle accident.

15:35 – I was dispatched to College and Broadway for a motor vehicle accident.

16:20 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. One adult female was taken into custody for shoplifting.

16:45 – I was flagged down at Madison Street and Broadway for a theft which had occurred at 333 N. Ash St. The victim reported someone stole the rear license plate from his truck.

18:51 – I was dispatched to 1006 W. First St. regarding a disturbance in progress between two individuals.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

06:51 – An officer was dispatched to 2301 N. Range line Road for a single-vehicle accident.

08:27 – I responded to Webb City High School, 600 block of N. Madison St., in reference to drug activity. Evidence was seized and charges were forwarded to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.

10:00 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a theft of property at 612 S. Centennial Ave.

10:05 – I received a call for service at Sweet Emotions Bakery in reference to theft by fraud. The business owner reported the theft of $1,761.

10:20 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a past-tense theft.

11:14 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of shoplifting. A 35-year-old woman was located and cited for destruction of property.

11:31 – An officer was dispatched to the WCPD lobby in reference to a found item (men’s wallet) originally located in the 300 block of S. Ball St. The owner could not immediately be located.

16:13 – An officer conducted a pedestrian stop during which one adult male was taken into custody for drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants.

19:30 –I initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Madison Street and Cardinal Drive. A 44-year-old female was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant out of Joplin.

21:42 – An officer conducted a traffic stop on a green Lexus at the intersection of MacArthur Drive and Ball Street, which lead to the arrest of a male for driving while revoked.

23:08 – Officers were approached by five males at Casey’s, 337 S. Main St, in reference to a road rage incident that occurred at Madison Street and Macarthur Drive, where two gunshots were fired. As a result of the contact, a report was taken for assault.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

13:45 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a subject shoplifting. The male suspect was taken into custody a short time later a couple of blocks from the store.

15:54 – Officers were dispatched to the house at 721 S. Madison St. for an assualt in progress. One 52-year-old male was arrested for assault, and domestic violence charges were submitted the prosecutor and a summons was issued.

17:03 – An officer was dispatched to 746 N. Oak St. in reference to a theft. Charges of stealing will be sent to the municipal prosecutor on a 27-year-old and 23-year-old female.

17:48 – An officer was dispatched to R&S Trailer Sales, 402 S. Jefferson St., in reference to a stolen vehicle.

Thursday, Nov. 9

18:03 – An officer was dispatched to 609 N. Main Street in reference to a possible stolen vehicle.

Friday, Nov. 10

03:48 – I was southbound on Main Street at Daugherty Street when I observed a male riding a bicycle on the sidewalk on the west side of the road also southbound. A stop was made and a 43-year-old male was arrested on warrants.

09:13 – Officers were dispatched to 1028 Nelson St. in reference to a disturbance. One 37-year-old male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

18:04 – I was dispatched to the intersection of Madison Street and MacArthur Drive regarding a driver who was slumped over the steering wheel. The subject fled from the scene by vehicle, and the investigation continues.

18:13 – An officer was dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifter being detained in the asset protection office. A 32-year-old female was cited for shoplifting.

18:47 – An officer was dispatched to the intersection of 10th and Madison streets for a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash. A 67-year-old female was transported to a local hospital for her injuries.

21:18 – I took a walk-in report at WCPD regarding a juvenile who went missing from the 300 block of Forest Street.

22:02 – I was dispatched to Range Line Road and Zora Street in reference to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

23:35 – I initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 13th and Madison streets. A 44-year-old female was booked and released for driving without a valid operator’s license.

23:49 – I was dispatched to 930 W. Broadway in reference to a domestic assault. One adult male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

Saturday, Nov. 11

11:18 – An officer was dispatched to the police department lobby to take a past-tense identity theft report. The crime occurring at Casey’s General Store, 337 S. Main St.

13:54 –I received a call for service at Walmart in reference to shoplifting.

20:04 – I was dispatched to the 500 block of N. Ball St. in reference to a disturbance in progress. One adult male was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
