Tuesday, Oct. 24

22:32 – While on general patrol, I came upon a two-vehicle, non-injury crash at Zora Street and Range Line Road. An informational report was taken for a department assist.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

20:40 – I was dispatched to 2077 Stadium Drive in reference to property damage.

Sunday, Nov. 12

08:53 – An officer was dispatched to 105 S. Ball in reference to a past-tense property damage report..

17:37 – I received a call for service Walmart.  A male was subsequently arrested for trespassing.

Monday, Nov. 13

08:16 – Officers were dispatched to 1604 S. Ellis St. for a domestic in progress. Two individuals were issued citations.

09:21 – Officers were dispatched to 324-509 N. Tom St. for a report of a animal being aggressive. One 26-year-old male was cited for animal at large and failure to provide ID.

11:07 – Officers were dispatched to 1604 S. Ellis St. for a disturbance. One 43-year-old male was taken into custody for warrants and cited for child endangerment.

12:40 – Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of W. First St., reference a juvenile in possession of marijuana. A report was forwarded to the juvenile office.

14:35 – I was contacted at WCPD for a past-tense motor vehicle accident that occurred at Main and First streets. The reporting party stated he was on a bicycle when a car hit him, knocked him to the ground and left the scene.

17:50 – Officers recieved a report of two vehicles chasing each other and driving erratically in and around King Jack Park. Summonses were issued.

17:59 – Officers responded to 506 N. Liberty St. for a report of a trespass in progress.

18:29 – Officers were dispatched to 1611 Jacee Cir in reference to a hit-and-run.

19:12 – Officers towed an abandoned vehicle off the shoulder of MacArthur Drive at East Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

08:26 – I was dispatched to 1529 S. Jefferson St. for a stolen motorcycle.

11:34 – I was contacted at WCPD for a past-tense harassment at 116 N. Webb St.

12:40 – I stopped a tan Toyota pickup for improper lane use. The female driver was found to be an invalid driver and had a juvenile male without a seatbelt or car seat in the vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the Webb City jail for processing, and the juvenile was released to his father.

12:47 – I was dispatched to 324 N. Tom St. for a male trespassing.

15:36 – Officers responded to Walmart for shoplifting. A 20-year-old female was cited.

18:30 – An officer was dispatched to 1638 Jefferson Circle for a domestic in progress. Two citations for domestic assault were issued.

20:00 – Officers went to 403 N. Cedar St. and arrested one male for felony warrants.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

18:11 – Officers were dispatched to 221 N. East St. in reference to a two-vehicle non-injury crash that happened in front of Sleep Inn. One male was given a citation.

20:37 – I was dispatched to Casey’s on Main Street in reference to a stolen phone. I made contact with the reporting party who stated they had used the restroom at Casey’s around 1700 hours and had left their phone in the bathroom. When they realized they left their phone and went back for it a couple hours later the phone was missing.

21:10 – An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at South Madison Street and Fountain Road on a vehicle with expired registration. A 73-year-old male was taken into custody for driving while suspended.

Thursday, Nov. 16

10:53 – Officers officers were dispatched to Cardinal Towers, 324 N. Tom St., in reference to a warrant arrest. One adult male was taken into custody for local warrants.

10:57 – I received a call for service at Daugherty and Main streets in reference to motor vehicle accident.

13:12 – Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of W. First St. reference a juvenile in possession of vapes. A report was forwarded to the juvenile office.

16:13 – Officers were dispatched to Dollar General, 102 S. Madison St., in reference to a theft in progress. One adult female was taken into custody for shoplifting.

18:41 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of First and Main streets. One male was arrested for driving while suspended and an active warrant out of Carl Junction.

Friday, Nov. 17

01:48 – I initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of South Madison Street and Fountain Road. A 24-year-old male was issued a citation for driving while suspended.

04:22 – Officers were dispatched to 836 Hawthorne Loop (off South Hall Street curve) in reference a disturbance. Two vehicles fled the scene and were involved in a motor vehicle accident at Madison Street and Stadium Drive. One of the vehicles left the scene and was found to be stolen from 836 Hawthorne Loop.

07:06 – Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Crow St. for a medical call. One male was found deceased and a death investigation was completed.

12:30 – Officers towed a vehicle from in front of 511 W. Broadway under the abandoned vehicle ordinance.

15:22 – I was dispatched to South Madison and Seventh streets for a two-vehicle, non-injury, motor vehicle accident.

19:18 – An officer responded to the 1600 block of S. Oronogo St. in reference to a runaway juvenile.

23:01 – I observed an SUV committing several lane violations. A traffic stop was made and a 24-year-old female was arrested for DWI.

23:01 – I was westbound on MacArthur Drive at Oronogo Street when I observed a red SUV commit a lane violation. A traffic stop was made and a 47-year-old male was arrested for DWI.

Saturday, Nov. 18

08:52 – Officers responded to Madison Street and Stadium Drive for a motor vehicle crash.

12:33 – Officers responded to Walmart for shoplifting. One 20-year-old male was cited for shoplifting.

12:33 – An officer was dispatched to 13th and Madison streets for a two-vehicle, non-injury, accident.

16:37 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress. One female was arrested for driving with no valid operators license.

18:36 – Officers were dispatched to 13th and Oronogo streets for a leaving the scene of a crash. One male was arrested by Carthage Police Department for DWI.

21:00 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Main and Second streets in reference to failure to dim headlights. The 34-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while suspended.

23:07 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Colonial Drive and Aylor Street for a speeding violation.  The 47-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for exceeding the posted speed limit and driving while suspended.

Sunday, Nov. 19

Officers were dispatched to 506 N. Liberty St. for a burglary in progress. One male was arrested.

02:32 – Officers were dispatched to 1607-258 S. Ellis St. for a report of a party and causing a disturbance.

05:16 – A 29-year-old female who had driven to WCPD was found to be revoked and arrested. It was discovered later that after being released she got back into her vehicle and drove off. Another charge of driving while revoked will be sent to the municipal prosecutor.

18:15 – Officers were dispatched to 807 W. Second St. about a domestic assault. One male was arrested.

Monday, Nov. 20

06:57 – I received a call for service at 515 Ware St. in reference to past-tense threats.

13:54 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. One adult female and ne adult male were taken into custody for shoplifting. The adult male also had local warrants.

14:49 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to a past-tense forgery in which a personal check was forged and cashed for money at Commerce Bank, 1311 S. Madison St.

16:39 – Officers were dispatched to 216 N. Roane St. in reference to a missing person.

20:29 – I was dispatched to the intersection of Main Street and MacArthur Drive for a non-injury motor vehicle accident between a passenger car and a motor vehicle transporting two horses in a metal trailer.

23:32 – I made a traffic stop at the intersection of South Oronogo Street and West Fountain Road. One male was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

07:12 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at 16th and Madison streets. One adult female was taken into custody for driving while suspended.

08:55 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to property damage to a jail cell.

10:18 – I received a call for service at 1318 W. Nelson St. in reference to a theft of property.

19:00 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a theft in progress.

19:25 – An officer was dispatched to 113 S. Oronogo St. in reference to a protection order violation. Charges will be sent to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

23:45 – An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Ball St. in reference to a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was located and returned home.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

09:42 – Officers were dispatched to WCPD for a past-tense assault that had occurred at 438 N Washington St.

10:30 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft in progress. One 45-year-old male was taken into custody.

16:12 – I was dispatched to Henkle’s Ace Hardware, 1201 S. Madison St., for subjects attempting to steal items. The two female suspects left prior to our arrival, and the store’s property was recovered.

16:29 – An officer was dispatched to 4496 Dirt Road in reference to a theft.

20:14 – A traffic stop was made on a vehicle at Main and Second streets for license violations. A 49-year-old male was arrested for driving while suspended, and a 28-year-old female was arrested for open container.

22:30 – I was dispatched to Walmart for shoplifting. A 34-year-old female was cited for shoplifting and trespassing.

23:43 – At at Zora and Wellington streets, I observed a vehicle commit license violations. A traffic stop was made and a 38-year-old male and a 34-year-old female were arrested for warrants.

Thursday, Nov. 23

01:50 – Officers conducted a car stop at Highway 171 and East Street. One male was arrested for DWI.

03:57 – I observed a known intoxicated subject get into a vehicle and drive off. A traffic stop was initiated and a 30-year-old male was arrested for DWI and resisting.

10:08 – An officer was dispatched to Cardinal Towers, 324 N. Tom St., in reference to a stolen vehicle.

13:30 – Officers were dispatched to 4550 Half Circle for a disturbance.

15:09 – I was dispatched to 1127 N. Pennsylvania St. for a past-tense fraudulent use of credit device and identity theft.

21:23 – I observed a vehicle with expired plates at East and Aylor streets. A 37-year-old male was arrested for warrants.

Friday, Nov. 24

19:35 – I was dispatched to Ocean Adventures, 201 N. East St., regarding a past-tense disturbance between two male individuals.

22:46 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at East and First streets for defective equipment. A 47-year-old male was arrested on a Vernon County warrant.

23:28 – I was dispatched to Webb City Sonic, 1310 S. Madison St., regarding lost property that had been found by an employee.

Saturday, Nov. 25

01:32 – I made a traffic stop at Liberty and Daugherty streets in reference a license violation. One adult male was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.

09:34 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to a theft of money 1616 Brewster Lane.

10:46 – An officer was dispatched to 516 S. Devon St. for a complaint of peace disturbance.

12:41 – I received a call for service at Madison and Seventh streets in reference to a motor vehicle accident.

15:26 – I was contacted at WCPD in reference to the theft of money at 602 N. Pennsylvania St.

18:28 – I was dispatched to 102 S. Madison St. in reference to a possible theft.
