Saturday, Jan. 13

20:52 – Officers were dispatched to 1848 S. Oronogo St. for neglected children. A 32-year-old female was taken into custody on child endangerment charges.

Sunday, Jan. 14

02:10 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Fourth and Main streets in reference to a lane violation. The 21-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and driving while intoxicated.

10:45 – An officer was dispatched to 100 S. Main St. Apt. 2A for a report of a stolen vehicle.

12:32 – Officers were dispatched to Cardinal Towers, 324 N. Tom St., In reference to a disturbance. It was found that a female had a Carterville warrant, and she was taken into custody.

15:27 – Officers were dispatched to Casey’s, 337 S. Main St., in reference to a check well-being. It was found the male subject had multiple Webb City warrants, and he was taken into custody.

Monday, Jan. 15

06:29 – I received a call for service at 333 S. Ball St. in reference to motor vehicle theft.

10:23 – An officer was dispatched to 301 N. College St. in reference to property damage.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

05:55 – Officers responded to 110 W. First St. for a report of theft from a motor vehicle.

11:44 – I arrived at WCPD in reference to a theft at 217 Par Avenue. The victim reported someone slept in his truck and stole several pieces of hunting gear and apparel from his vehicle.

14:57 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a theft of property.

16:44 – Officers responded to a walk-in at the station in reference to possible tampering that originally occurred at 1407 W. Aylor St.

Wednesday, Jan. 17

15:42 – Officers made a traffic stop at Tom and Second streets for expired registration. The suspended driver was brought into custody, finger printed, and released.

Thursday, Jan. 18

10:09 – I checked a vehicle I had tagged for tow back in December on Arch Street near Pennsylvania Street. A tow truck was called to the scene to pick the car up after I had inventoried it.

14:33 – At Broadway and Jefferson streets, I initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle reference speeding. The female subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

16:38 – Officers were dispatched to Madison and 13th streets in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located at Main and Tracy streets and stopped. The 26-year-old male driver was cited and arrested for no valid driver’s license, driving while intoxicated, and several warrants.

18:20 – Officers were dispatched to 1836 S. Oronogo St. for a report of a missing juvenile.

20:24 – An officer responded to 1604 Jefferson Circle for a 911 hangup. A 34-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.

Friday, Jan. 19

10:42 – An officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop at Hall Street and Fountain Road in reference to a speed violation. The vehicle fled and led officers on a brief vehicle and foot pursuit. The driver was not immediately apprehended but charges are being submitted for the 28-year-old male suspect.

13:34 – I stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of N. Main St. for a traffic violation. The driver had a Webb City warrant and was later released with a new appearance date.

14:06 – I received a call for service at 803 Meadow Circle in reference to property damage.

16:11 – Officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a theft that had just occurred. Arrests were made on two adult male suspects.

17:20 – I received a call for service at MacArthur Drive and Madison Street in reference to an assault in progress.

17:39 – I took a report for a past-tense theft that occurred at Casey’s, 337 S. Main St.

Saturday, Jan. 20

02:11 – Officers were dispatched to 66 Sports Bar, 660 E. Daughtery St., for a past-tense assault. One 40-year-old male was cited for assault and property damage.

22:00 – I made a traffic stop at Madison and Second streets in reference a traffic violation. One adult male was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.
