The annual luncheon for teachers new to the Webb City R-7 School District was held Friday.
There are 44 new teachers this year. They are:
(FRONT) Lanette Smith, junior high seventh grade writing; Ashlea Large, junior high seventh grade math; Hallie Harper, high school speech and debate; Annie Snow, Mark Twain Elementary; Allie Hampton, district wide school psychologist; Stephanie Taylor, high school Career Cardinal; Derek McKnight, high school physical education; Joey Dankelson, high school history; Melissa Gurley, junior high eighth grade math and algebra I.

The Webb City Sentinel isn’t a newspaper – but it used to be, serving Webb City, Missouri, in print from 1879-2020. This “newspaper” seeks to carry on that tradition as a nonprofit corporation.
