The Cardinals trailed 52-51 at the end of the third quarter but outscored the Central Bulldogs in the fourth quarter for a 69-66 win Wednesday in the Cardinal Dome.
Trae Turner led Webb City with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Hudson Matthiesen scored 15, and Carson Anderson, making three of his four 3-point shots added 13.
After their road game at Glendale Friday, the 10-6 Cardinals will return home Tuesday to play the 12-5 Kickapoo Chiefs.
Last weekend, they got two wins at the weather-shortened Frontenac tournament. They defeated Fort Scott 64-50 on Thursday and Blue Valley Southwest 56-53 on Friday.
