Saturday, Oct. 11

08:54 – Officers were dispatched to 601 Meadowmere in reference to domestic assault.

09:30 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout for a motor vehicle crash.

10:26 – Officers were dispatched to Rangeline Golf in reference to theft.

10/11 – An officer was dispatched to WCPD in reference to past-tense property damage that occurred at 114 N. Main St.

20:09 – Officers were dispatched to Madison Street and MacArthur Drive for careless and impudent driving of a gray Toyota Tacoma. An officer observed the vehicle at Main Street MacArthur Drive and conducted a traffic stop. One male was taken into custody for DWI and open container.

23:01 – On 10/11/2025 at 2301 hours, I made a traffic stop near Madison and 4th Street in reference to equipment and moving violations. As a result, one adult female was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

Sunday, Oct. 12

07:17 – I arrived at 517 N. Pennsylvania St. for a report of property damage. The victim reported someone broke the driver side mirror from her van. It appeared she was sideswiped by another vehicle.

11:44 – I received a call for service at 702 W. Austin St. in reference to property damage to a motor vehicle.

15:06 – I arrived at 602 N. Liberty St. for a report of theft. The victim reported his four-wheeled mobility scooter was taken from in front of the residence. The scooter was later located near Webb and Wood streets and returned to the owner.

17:17 – Officers were dispatched to 904 W. Third St. regarding a domestic in progress. A citation for domestic assault was issued.

20:25 – Officers were dispatched to East and Daugherty streets in reference to a suspicious person. One adult male was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

22:11 – An officer conducting traffic enforcement observed a blue Kia Forte with moving violations in the area of Daughtery East streets. A traffic stop was conducted at First and East streets, and one male was taken into custody for DWI.

Monday, Oct. 13

08:31 – An officer was dispatched to 613 N. Liberty St. in reference to a leaving-the-scene crash that took place at about 07:30 hours. One 28-year-old female was taken into custody for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash and an outstanding warrant.

16:32 – I was dispatched to 831 W. Daugherty St. for a past-tense violation of an ex-parte.

16:34 – Officers were dispatched to 721 S. Madison St. for a report of a violation of protection order.

23:18 – Officers responded to the 600 block of Oronogo St. for a possible medical call. Information was taken reference damages to property.

Tuesday, Oct. 14

03:21 – Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Joanne Drive for a disturbance.

08:24 – Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of N. Oronogo St. for a medical unknown.

09:40 – An officer was dispatched to Dollar General, 102 N. Madison St., in reference to a past-tense fraud that took place on Aug. 7, 2025.

13:59 – An officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop at Zora and Hall streets. Two males fled on foot from the vehicle and were both taken into custody for outstanding warrants and resisting arrest.

19:54 – Officers were dispatched to a suicidal subject in the 500 block of N. Colonial Drive. A 37-year-old male was taken to Mercy Joplin for a 96-hour commit.

Wednesday, Oct. 15

08:25 – I received a call for service at 517 S. Elliott St. in reference to a disturbance in progress. An adult male was subsequently arrested for domestic assault.

12:25 – I received a call for service in the 1800 block of S. Hall St. in reference to a subject having mental/behavior problems.

18:27 – An officer observed a two vehicles stopped in the roadway at Range Line Road and Zora Street. Upon making contact it was learned a vehicle crash had occurred.

21:30 – An officer was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a red Jeep Cherokee with moving violations at Fountain Road and Madison Street. The traffic stop was conducted at 16th and Madison Street, and one male was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and other agency warrants.

21:36 – I made a traffic stop near Madison Street and Mt. Hope Road in reference to an equipment violation. One adult female was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

21:37 – I initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 13th and Oronogo streets. A 39-year-old male was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

Thursday, Oct. 16

07:29 – I was dispatched to WCPD reference a walk-in reporting identity theft. A 26-year-old male was taken into custody.

08:28 – I received a call for service at the Take-A-Break convenience store, 417 S. Main St.

23:06 – I took a report for a juvenile who ran away from their living residence in the 700 block of S. Walker St.

Friday, Oct. 17

01:33 – Officers were dispatched to 801 W. Austin St. in reference to a domestic assault. One adult male was taken into custody for domestic assault.

07:34 – An officer while on general patrol observed a black truck sitting on cinder blocks with no wheels near the intersection of Cardinal Drive and Hall Street.

17:00 – An officer was dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.

22:42 – Officers were dispatched to 602 N. Roane St. for a disturbance. One female was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Saturday, Oct. 18

12:41 – Officers were dispatched to 1420 W. 14th St. in reference to a domestic dispute. A report will be forwarded to the city prosecutor for review.
