Monday, Nov. 3
11:21 – Officers stopped a black Kia Rio at Daugherty and Oak streets for an equipment violation. A 26-year-old male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and DWI-drug. A 26-year-old female was arrested for failure to identify.
Saturday, Nov. 8
00:39 – Officers responded to 1382-D Canyon Trails Drive for a trespassing in progress. One male was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Sunday, Nov. 9
03:33 – An officer conducting neighborhood patrol observed a male walking north on Jefferson Street at Daugherty Street believed to have a warrant. As a result, one male was taken into custody for a Joplin city warrant.
17:06 – I received a call for service in the 1800 block of W. Aylor St. in reference to a domestic involving a juvenile.
19:09 – Officers were dispatched to 516 S. Ball St. to check someone’s well being. An informational report was taken.
22:07 – I made a traffic stop near Range Line Road and Zora Street in reference to traffic violations. One adult male was taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant.
Monday, Nov. 10
01:25 – A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of Zora Street and Range Line Road. A 20-year-old male was taken into custody for an active Jasper County warrant.
Tuesday, Nov. 11
14:35 – An officer was dispatched to the roundabout in reference to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
16:18 – An officer was dispatched to MacArthur Drive and Ellis Street for a non-injury crash.
20:37 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Zora and Myrtle streets for a wanted person. A 28-year-old male was detained and turned over Joplin PD.
23:00 – An officer located an open package behind the shopping center located at 1010 S. Madison St. The package was placed into evidence until it can be returned to the owner.
Wednesday, Nov. 12
11:11 – I was dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident at Fourth and Madison streets. A driver was taken into custody for driving while suspended.
13:57 – I was dispatched to WCPD for a report of a theft of a package at 106 S. Cedar Circle.
18:21 – A report was taken for a runaway juvenile who lives in the 1900 block of Philadelphia in Webb City.
Thursday, Nov. 13
02:11 – Officers were dispatched to 224 S. Ball St. for a disturbance in progress. One male was taken into custody for assault first, burglary first, unlawful use of a firearm, trafficking first, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were submitted to the state prosecutor.
08:45 – I responded to the 600 block of N. Madison St. in reference to possession of drugs. The suspect was transported to the Jasper County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
Friday, Nov. 14
10:37 – Officers were dispatched to MacArthur and Colonial Drive in reference to a two-vehicle crash with reported injuries.
11:37 – An officer was dispatched to 1502-62 S. Ellis St. in reference to a theft that occurred during the overnight hours.
17:30 – Officers were dispatched to Seventh and Madison streets in reference to a two-vehicle crash with unknown injuries.
21:31 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and 13th streets for a registration violation. The 20-year old male driver was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol and driving while intoxicated.
22:02 – Officers were dispatched to a trespass in progress at 1024 W. Daugherty St. Charges for second degree assault were sent to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office on a 24-year-old female.
Saturday, Nov. 15
01:46 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison Street and Mount Hope Road in reference to a traffic violation. The 24-year-old male driver was cited for failure to signal and arrested for driving while revoked.
09:48 – An officer was dispatched to the 900 block of W. First St. in reference to a non-injury crash.
13:02 – Officers were notified of a subject with possible felony out-of-state warrants driving north on Oronogo Street near Seventh Street. The vehicle was located and stopped. One 31-year-old male was taken into custody for seven outstanding Cherokee County, Kan., warrants.
