Sunday, Feb. 8

18:30 – An officer was on patrol when he observed a red Ford with equipment violations at 1802 S. Oronogo St. A traffic stop was initiated and one male was arrested for driving while revoked.

Thursday, Feb. 12

15:59 – I was dispatched to 730 S. College St. for possible stolen property found at that location. A subject there pointed out a portable shed on the property he said was previously stolen but not reported yet. He and the subject that took the shed later made payment arrangements while I was on scene. The case is a civil issue. An informational report was generated.

Friday, Feb. 13

13:53 – Officers were dispatched to White Oak Station, 2587 N. Range Line Road, in reference to a theft.

14:40 – I was dispatched to Oronogo and 15th streets for a motor vehicle crash involving a cyclist.

15:22 – Officers were dispatched to 1202 S. Madison St. Ste. C in reference to fraud.

17:59 – A report was taken for found property at Casey’s, 337 S. Main St.

19:23 – Officers were dispatched to the roundabout for a non injury crash.

Saturday, Feb. 14

21:16 – Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Lexington Drive for a party call. Charges were submitted to the juvenile officer for minor in possession.

23:41 – Officers were patrolling at Hall Street and Robert J. Baker Parkway when they observed a gray Toyota hatchback fail to maintain right half of the roadway. A 36-year-old female was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Sunday, Feb. 15

10:23 – Officers were dispatched to medical unkown in the 2600 block of Ackerson Street. A 69-year-old male was transported by Parker Mortuary.

Monday, Feb. 16

09:14 – I was contacted at WCPD for a past-tense theft that occurred at 434 N. Washington St.

14:28 – Officers were contacted at WCPD about possible child abuse happening in the 1400 block of Mary Lane. A report was made with the Department of Social Services and a report was taken by law enforcement.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

09:35 – An officer was dispatched to White Oak Station, 2587 S. Range Line Road, in reference to a past-tense theft that took place on Feb. 9. A 31-year-old suspect was identified and mailed citations for shoplifting and trespassing.

09:49 – I was dispatched to Walmart for a suspicious male, who was later found and taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and indecent exposure.

11:04 – Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Zora Street and Range Line Road for a non-injury vehicle collision.

13:31 – Officers observed a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Madison and 12th streets. No injuries were reported.

20:18 – An officer conducted a traffic stop at Madison and Seventh streets for no rear lights. A 23-year-old female was arrested for open container.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

16:03 – I was dispatched to the 100 block of S Madison St. for a report of medical unknown. The subject was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital, where she was put on a 96-hour hold.

16:23 – Officers were dispatched to 519 S. Roane St. for a 911 hang-up. A 44-year-old female was arrested for Carthage warrants. Charges for trafficking 2nd Degree and domestic assault 2nd degree will be forwarded to the Jasper County Prosecutors Office.

Thursday, Feb. 19

I responded to the high school, 600 block of N. Madison St., in reference to possession of THC. The item was seized and a report was forwarded to the Jasper County Juvenile Office.

08:17 – I was dispatched to 1416-B Mary Lane for a report of property damage.

16:57 – Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang-up at 311 S. Ball St.

23:20 – Officers responded to 618 N. Oronogo St. regarding a medical call. A 65-year old female was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Friday, Feb. 20

08:22 – I conducted a traffic stop at Madison and Third streets. The driver was later taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

11:13 – Officers were dispatched to 821 W. Austin St. in reference to a check well being.

16:28 – An officer was dispatched to Second and Tom streets in reference to a juvenile offenses call.

18:24 – Officers were dispatched to 1909 W. Fountain Road in reference to a disturbance in progress. One male was issued a citation for assault.

18:44 – An officer was dispatched to 1543 Anderson Drive in reference to a leaving-the-scene accident at 1731 S. Madison St.

Saturday, Feb. 21

An officer was dispatched to Zora Street and Range Line Road in reference to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
