Children and parents dressed for Halloween were encouraged to Trick or Treat Downtown Tuesday.

The promotion was extremely popular, especially because school was dismissed early. Most businesses and City Hall were decorated and handed out candy.

Minions were among the trick or treaters visiting City Hall Tuesday.
